I agree with you Sharp. The way I see it, the best way to fix the problem is to either amend the rules or stop enforcing them arbitrarily. Certain posts or threads are pulled immediately while others, seemingly more offensive and in direct violation of the rules, are left up for days.

This surely this has something to do with the mod on duty and his or her relationship and/or feelings toward the poster.

Think about this, over a year ago you didn't have that many people, you didn't have that many scams going on, you had people bashing people left and right.we had more fake profiles on this form then we do now. Back then you had people that wern't really all that attrative putting up nude pic's and i don't know about you, but i don't want to see a man's ****! men were using the C word when they were referring to women the list goes on and you say to many ruls?

Ohh as far as threads being moved they are only being put in the correct area which the Mods do on their own they get very few Abuse Reports regarding that matter.

Hummmm change in rules there has been very few changes made within the rules. And actually the rules here are pretty simple.

As far as some post being left for days and some getting deleted right off the bat. Well only thing I can say to that is the one that got removed quick became a problem and a Abuse Report was filed. When this happens at times the thread is so bad it can't be cleaned up or the Topic is against the Forum Rules.

Those that remain as you say for days either no one ever reported it and was never read by a Mod. No we do not read every thread

There are no set times for the Mods to be on therefore at times there is only one on sometimes up to 4-5.

But I must say that at times some do take offense to certain Topics or Post and others see nothing wrong with it. But any time the Topics turn out to a free for all for several pages of attacking then it will be deleted.

I've had some threads and posts deleted. I got to say, sometimes it was worth it. Others, not so much. Live and learn.....

my only prob with the moderators is when they get involved in a chat argument or think that someone is saying something " mean" to another person.. i'm sorry but we are all grownups ... do we really need a mom or dad on the site to tell us that's not nice adn we will be punished...

Actually at the time you see one of those warnings on a Thread that a Mod has left behind most likely they have already deleted several post of what was said. So then all everyone sees is the warning but looking back you can't figure out what it was for cause the post have already been deleted.

At times I'm amazed what others will post just because they are sitting behind a computer they feel it is a free for all and could care less what they say to others.

Agree, most behind the screen take up different personas. Like in life there are positive and negative people throughout, just sift thru and be selective. jmo
