I have people I consider real friends on here. It's the 21st century, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore Toto! Times are changing, and I for one embrace this opportunity to meet new friends thousands of miles away! I agree - nice way of putting that! I've met some really cool people on here, and consider several of them friends

I've missed being on JSH a lot. It's been a wild summer of traveling, but now I have to tame myself (at least a bit) again to go back to school tomorrow. I sure did miss the forums, though!

I do have some good friends here.
I wouldn't add a person if I haven't had some debates or communication with them in the forums. I have met several of my "friends" in real life. I do not just add any Joe or Jane Blow to my list. |

Thanks, that's good advice.....I am shy about it anyway....even though I read a LOT of single people on here have "significant others" and wouldn't go out on them. I have been made to feel my status is QUITE different until the LAW provides me with that long piece of paper....takes a year here. I'll just bide my time and see what happens. |

Humm I consider many on here as my real friends regardless if I have meet them or not. We have shared our ups and downs about life and love. Some I have talked to and discussed my life past and present and what I want in the future. Is this not what you discuss with your real friends?
Of course those I talk to on a regular basis through e-mails phone ect are the ones I'm talking about. Now there are some on my friends list I have not talked to in a while and those I do not tell about my life too. That I would consider as a friend but not what I consider as a close friend.
