They should have a "form email" that is a polite brush off so that way you can glance at the profile, make your decision and if its a nay, then just hit the reply that has this pre typed letter. My thought is this:
If any thought was put into the email, verses a "You're hot, let's hook up!" I will respond. I deactivated for a while cause most of the guys that approached me either weren't capable of drafting a decent sentence OR they watched so many Bud commericals they THOUGHT they were a genuis.  NOT! You don't have to be a "woman of genuis" to figure out which ones you should respond to. A courtesy response is reserved for courteous guys. "That's all I've got to say about that!" (in best Forrest Gump voice)

 OP, just take things easy, I am almost certain that if you sent out batch emails, they read as such. If you sent out individual emails, they were either read or maybe the other member just isn't interested (sorry to say). But let it go, consider it their loss; not cool to offer chapstick and want them to smooch your butt  That makes the rest of us non email recipients wonder!  |

My profile says that I am looking for friends, and it means just that, I am here to make friends, share a joke, a laugh, get to know people, etc. Emails are fine and appreciated, however, they must also include a thought or a message... The typical vague one liners get that from me a typical vague one line response.

lol I refuse to take responsibility for his bitterness as he has never e-mailed me *blows a raspberry* He's never emailed me either, but I'm pretty sure in the "rules" of Mingle, you aren't required to return emails ifin you don't wanna....It goes along the same lines as "even if you bought me dinner in no way is that a contract to have sex with you" Where did all of these self entitled people in the world come from anyways? I like to take the time to get to know someone, I don't "cyber" & I definately won't meet a guy for sex after chatting a few times.
