You know I thought Transformers was cool, but the transform and fight sequences reminded me of the fight scenes in Spider-man 3. Very blurry. It was difficult to follow what was happening. Most of the time I just waited until the movement stopped to see what was going on.

I had the same problem with Transformers. A good solid robot kicking robot movie, but you couldn't tell who was kicking who, hell i couldn't tell them apart unless they were in their disguise (and don't get me started about megatron's form grrrrr)

Alot of the fights in Dark Knight had the same problem too. Too many close ups and the camera moving too fast. And then theres the sonar shots toward the end of the movie where you couldn't see what was going on.

Wow, it had a good weekend internationally, I think it's biggest yet, ending up in 14th place with overall sales of $870,616,885 and passing the following:

15 - 2001 The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring $868,621,686
16 - 2003 Finding Nemo $866,592,978
17 - 2005 Star Wars Ep. III: Revenge of the Sith $848,998,815
18 - 2002 Spider-Man $821,606,375
19 - 1996 Independence Day $817,400,878

I'm still thinking this could top the Billion dollar mark

Heres my opinion on why its making so much money I mean for crying out loud thats an obscene number !!!! LOL

Its a decent flick I agree...Ive seen it 2 times, but with it being Ledgers last film and all the controversy around his death, people are curious to see him in the role of the Joker...

Thats actually why I saw it the first time...Kinda like when you see an accident on the road and ya cant help but slow down to look...

Definitely want to see Dark Knight.

I agree, it's ironic that Hamill did a more human performance on TAS than Jack Nickolson in person. Jack@$$ yes, Joker, no.

And Topher just wasn't Venom. He was a little dweeb trying to be a deviant musclehead. Just doesn't work. (T.H. Church was believable as Marko, though.)

<<Little devious dweeb, knows the difference.
