Kathy's car is getting as expensive as my van. Hydraulic hose for the power steering, Filter for the automatic transmission and then the radiator had a big hole in it. Jamie diagnosed my latest problem with the van to be the starter. It was dragging and he tapped on the place where the bushings for the starter are and it fired up. Tuesday morning, Rosie at the parts store said the new starter will be in. About 300 for Kathy's car and 63 bucks for my van.

And getting poorer all the time. Jamie is going to work with me on trading the 1986 'Money Pit'. He has a 1984 fullsize Dodge pickup. The only trouble is it is a gas hog but I only have the three mile drive to town. He said he would take my van as the necessary 400 dollar down and then a 100 a month for payments.
Just as soon as he makes the trip to Louisiana to pick up his daughter. He wants me to fix him up a computer for her.
