Nope. Not me. But that reminds me I want to make sure the heater and light is on at the pump house. Suppose to get real cold, tonight. I am glad I didn't buy the propane water heater. I thought mom had said it was propane. I asked mom where the gas shut off valve was for it. She said that she didn't know. I thought I would follow the gas line back from the hot water heater. I couldn't find it. I did find two electric wires-hot and ground on top of the water heater. Mom said go look at the breaker box. I did and found the hot water heater breaker. Mom said if it has a breaker then it isn't a propane hot water heater but electric. Duh, huh?

Yes, it was. I have been trying all day just to get out of my yard. I hope the road grader comes to take away some of this snow. If anybody needs some extra snow we got plenty.

I broke the handle in the shovel I had. I borrowed a shovel from mom a while back but also bought a shovel from Fred's last week. It wasn't just all the snow but the tires were frozen to the ground. I just about went in the ditch twice by the house then just before mom's. I was doing a heap of praying and bargaining I guess. I stay one night at the nursing home and called home. I guess the graders did some work. One of aides whose husband is a grader said Marion county has three graders and they are in bad condition. Nice to get home but got stuck backing into the yard and got the shovel back out again. I am getting my money's worth out of the shovel.

I got a good deal on a refrigerator for a $100.00. Just have to wait till Wednesday for him to haul it over here. I told him that I would pay extra for hauling. I still got some work to do on the water situation at the pump house. I had water coming out of the water guage and I need to do some more plumbing out there. I got the rent paid.

I replaced the leaking water pressure guage. I have been through a lot of them the last few years and that brought up the pressure some. I was thinking of using a bicycle pump to pump up the pressure tank until I noticed the pipe coming out of the well pump spraying water. So now I know that the pressure tank is still pressurized good. It also means that my electric hot water tank may still be good since I know now why it isn't filling up that fast as in days gone by. Kathy has filled up all the gallon water jugs and even noticed hot water at the kitchen sink which is different because she was having to boil water to wash dishes. So the next good day I am going to repair the damage the good pipes caused because it put more pressure on the older pipes. Not having to get a hot water tank could be money in my pocket.

I have replaced the last of the old pvc at the pump house. It first started to rain and then it started to snow but I didn't care. I was determined to get the water pressure back up and I did.

Some how I am just getting gravity flow to the house. I am going to get a bycicle pump at Walmart and see if that will put more air pressue on the pressure tank. As many times as I have had to drain the water to redo the pvc piping it might have depressurized.

I will try not, too. No, I don't have the inflatable girlfriend any more. Didn't need the bicycle pump but bought one with foot pedal. While checking out the flea market across from the Front Porch restaurant the guy there reminder me if it did need airing up that would mean the bladder was out on the storage tank and that I would need to take air pressure out if anything if it was good. But what I found now that it did stop snowing was that the union compression had blew the one side off that I didn't have enough pvc pipe for the valve on one side. So I bought another coupler at Miller's hardware and fixed it so I did. Got water every where but the bathroom sink. Still need to get a hot water tank. Had a lot of air and sand in the line but we let the water run for a bit. Atleast we can do the laundry, dishes, flush the commode and take showers.
