I have learned you can't have a fully healthy relationship if you aren't both sexually and emotionally interested in your partner. Sex is starting to become underrated nowadays... (This is no longer in issue for me )

1.) Marriage often has more disadvantages than advantages, at least for a woman.

2.) It might be a good idea to do a background check on your intended spouse and interview his X-wife or wives.

3.) Does he have a bank account? Good credit? Is he a gambler? Does he have a job? Answers to this question should give you a clue.

4.) When you marry someone, you are sometimes held responsible for his debts.

5.) Look at marriage more like a business partnership.

6.) A pre-nup is a good idea.

(I could actually write a pretty thick book on the choosing of a marriage partner, but I would end up suggesting... STAY SINGLE.)
