Why do some people think that being drunk is an excuse for cheating ?

I always make sure I cheat sober so I dont use that lame drunk excuse

Alcohol simply allows you to loose inhabitions and good sense. Allowing you to actualize whatever behavior you choose to rationalize at the moment.

Yes you lose your inhibitions and so you make decisions you normally would not. The more drunk you are the more you lose. You can be easily swayed and do things you normally wouldnt do.

"I was drunk" thats like the dumbest excuse..well I don't date guys that get plastered anyway..and maby partially for that reason..

there is no excuse for cheating. if you truly love someone cheating would be out of the question whether sober, drunk or stoned. your head can never override your heart when it comes to real love. to me, even looking at someone else with lust is cheating

Seems to me, the poor decision making started before the cheating...as in maybe having that second drink, just my opinion and thats worth about as much as you paid for it. Yes you lose your inhibitions and so you make decisions you normally would not. The more drunk you are the more you lose. You can be easily swayed and do things you normally wouldnt do.
