How do you get over the inability to talk to new people in your life?? I know there's no surefire answer, but does anyone have any pointers.

I am referring to meeting new people through friends or just in random situations when you meet someone. It has nothing to do with on here or anything besides personal interactions.

Main thing you must say hi and ask some questions.
Or just jump right into the forums here and get to know others.

Yes, real life as in like when you see someone in person or meet people through a friend or group.
