It makes as much as much sense as this one woman who tried to get her husband for disturbing the peace. The judge just laughed at it and through it out of court. I guess there is a difference in disturbing the piece and disturbing the peace though.laugh

I guess if you don't want to have your peace disturbed then don't get married in the first place.laugh

Have to agree with Mandy. In this day and age there are more and more women committing domestic violence on their husbands (I work in the medical field and type notes on this stuff). Just because the male body is reacting to being stimulated, doesn't mean he is a willing partner, which would be the definition of rape. I think I have heard of cases where women were charged, but don't know any more, if they were taken to court or dropped, whatever, but it is possible. Some women today are very violent and abusive, look at the women in gangs now.

I hope nothing comes of it, as you said you didn't do anything. I think I would stay away from the guy, sounds like he is unstable and you don't need the grief.

But as a society, women need to be careful to not do anything that could be seen as rape or they could possibly be charged and treated the same as a man, at least in the U.S.

I'm sorry if I sounded angry in my reply. Rape is a topic I shouldn't even join in on. I've been molested and raped throughout my childhood mostly by family members and though I've moved on and become a stonger person for it...I guess it's still a deep down weekness I have that is the only trigger to unleash anger in me. Otherwise I'm not an angry person and I apologize for the way I presented my opinon on the subject.

A lot of good conversation there, thank you for joining in.

The whole sorry episode has come to an end now...The Law in this Country states that a Man cannot be raped...

I wouldnt mind...but we didnt commit any sexual act of any description...he was out of it on something, heaven knows what...seemed such a decent type too grumble

There is now a police order in place keeping him from harassing me further.

Once again thank you for all your input flowerforyou

Has any woman been accused of rape by an adult male?

There have been reported cases of women drugging and taking advantage of men in some form.

I remember one such occasion back in (what I believe was) New York...

... a lady had taken a cab driver hostage and tried to force him to have sex with her (at gunpoint, no less). The fella felt obliged to... uh... oblige, but he was so fearful of being shot by said crazy woman that he couldn't get himself excited enough to perform. Not only that, but the crazy woman evidently wasn't all that attractive to begin with, so all her efforts of forcing herself on the taxi driver went... well... limp.

Since she DID have a firearm in her possession at the time of the incident, the police were much more serious about the situation than they would otherwise and apprehended the assailant with extreme prejudice (tackling/tazing/pepper spraying her).
