My first car was a 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne, similar in appearance to the
Impala. I think it was the forerunner to the Impala and was a stripped down version... so cheap of a car, that Back-up or reverse lights were not on it... at that time and date, they were considered a luxury item. I bought the car for $100.00. |

couldn't hold the breaks down without it dying.

sometimes. I had to leave it on the freeway once. I was young and brave enough or stupid enough to hitch a ride with a pick up truck loaded front and back with guys, the ones in the front offered their lap, I declined and hopped in the back. I made it to my destination...How dumb was I? |
