oh five red heads ok..

I have seasonal depression,growing up in Massachusetts for 43 yrs has
had it's grip on me..I use to wonder why I felt tired alot or heavy..and
then at 40 went into therapy and was diagnosed W/dyshtimia..I'm seeing a
therapist now and he recommends the same type of routine of
exercise,artwork and working..It's hard to get out of my own way..I'm
also in 12 step program al-anon..and have been since 1981..I read alot
and seek alot and search, explore and un-do things to find answers..I'm
a maverick when it comes to deepening my sense of self..

I'll rack up and break for pool..who wants to play a game?

Any artists out here whose medium is wood/metal and do sculpture?
If you do whats your method/style? do you have your own studio/tools?
let me know..

just got to chill.it's a computer! theres life beyond the box..theres a
whole world out there..and we get so caught up in a virtual
world..Caught up in who said what and they did this to me and blah
blah....you know when I get off the computer and go out or go to my
friends,take a walk,do my art work..I completley forget about jsh.
Its just for entertainment purposes.
