thanks ivanmickey, not many see it that way, we don't go into another
country and just up out of the blue change their customs just because;
when we travel we do our best to learn the language of that country and
if we can't then we get an interpeurn(?), otherwise, that would be like
we're taking over. yes we try to influence other nations into making
better judgements for the betterment of "their" people. I'm glad you

3. most IMPORTANTLY, you have to have the PROPER
documents ( i.d., PASSPORT) before you enter another country.

country in the world, at least their government has the balls to say
that you have to have the your passport to come here, even for an
hour.our government can't even take care of those still struggling to
try and make it all over again along the gulf coast!! why? because they

and our Government will let ANYONE into this fkin country. Remember the

hey lucky mexican, i don't have anything against immigrants, i have a
problem with the ones that are illegal. if they want to come work here
and pay taxes into our system, i don't have a problem. mexico is a poor
country and i hope that with all of the jobs going there that it does
create a better standard of living because i don't think anybody should
have to live in some of the conditions that exist in mexico but the
mexican government is not doing anygood at creating a favorable
environment and when an illegal comes here and does not pay taxes but
does use our schools and medical facilities our taxes go up. i agree
that lazyness is not a ethnic issue but a character issue because i have
worked with and near many mexicans and i have never seen 1 lazy one. the
reason that all those businesses are going to mexico is because they can
get away with cheaper labor which increases profits.
i'm only concerned with the situation that the american citizen faces
and if you have the proper papers it includes you as well.

It is a huger picture far bigger than just an immigration issue.
Leadership and compassion is so low. But greed and suffering are on the
rise every where.

i agree with you and lucky mexican. it would not be a problem if the
economics were not involved and i do think the idea that this is because
illegals are stealing jobs is bullshit. illegals are'nt taking anyones
job. most companies won't hire someone without the proper paperwork and
if the new bill goes thru, those companies that do are going to get huge
fines.
look at the jobs alot of illegals have, most of them take seasonal work
or something that pays cash so that they don't get noticed and many of
them end up working for below minimum wage because these companies know
that the worker can't report them. they are being taken advantage of but
that is where the argument of the job stealing comes in, some employers
would rather hire an illegal because they will work for less.

I thought I had already said illegals mostly take the jobs that no one
else will take. The factory I worked in hired legals or illegals with
fake papers. They did have a problem getting the new legals used to not
having a siesta(sorry if I misspelled). It took them awhile to get used
to the idea of a 30 minute lunch. Other than this point, and getting
over the communication barrier(they now have hispanic bosses) they were
some of the best workers.

I think I posed the question how many of you would work at shoveling
horse crap for 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week for $6-8 an hour with NO
over time. Yah know what I took the job for a short spell because I
needed to support my family. He actually liked hiring americans over
hispanics(mexicans, cubans, ect..) as there were no communication
problems. The thing is he rarely found an American that would do the job
over one day. I got promoted from shoveling manure since I had tractor
work experience and better pay and ended up working for him for 4 years.
I was cutting, raking, baling, and hauling his hay. All he had to do is
take me to a field and turn me loose.

So to all that are unemployeed. Get off your ars and look for those
undesirable jobs as they will be empty or needing people. Think of dirty
jobs type jobs. Until I broke my back I was never out of work over 3
weeks. I only got one check of unemployment in my life. Most times I had
a job within 2 days of a job ending(laid off a few times but never
fired).

Wow!While everyone gets deeper and deeper into the argument.The
Corporate "bastards" are laughing and banking.I really have given this a
lot of thouhgt and I really do think that they want this drama to keep
going.Really,why not?Corporations are making the loot and sleeping very
well at night with no worries about anything including the subject about
illegals.The money has given them that power to purchase anything
including the law and the government and everything in it!!!The SYSTEM

i know what you mean honeyrobber, i never would think a job was beneath
me if i needed one but alot of people are'nt like that.
i too never went long between jobs because i would take a job that alot
of people would'nt. just because you take a job that is desperately
needed does'nt mean you have to stay there the rest of your life. i have
never understood the stereotype that mexicans are lazy because i have
never seen a lazy mexican, i think it comes from the siesta custom. i
worked mason jobs alot and i saw some mexican crews comethrough and bust
some jobs out, they sure as hell were'nt afraid to work. i think this
country as a whole needs more citizens like that no matter of the
ethnicity.

I will say this about the Mexicans..and I think they do get a bad rap a
lot of the time...I have found them actually to be very hard working and
proud...When I was living in MN last year, I went to Minneapolis a few
times..one of the neighbourhoods there that used to be predominantly
black was run down and full of drug dealers and crack houses...the
Mexicans slowly moved in until it become a predominantly Mexican
neighbourhood.
They fixed it up real nice, renovated the houses, landscaped the
property and chased the trash away. They are one of the few peoples on
this Earth that if you give them a chance to earn a half decent wage and
show what they can do in a wealthy nation, that have actually IMPROVED
whole neighbourhoods.

I know that it's more complicated then that but if we make certain
exceptions to this situation then we have to make exceptions to
other's. Then we build another bureaucracy then before you know it's out
of control, much like taking a medication for a small problem. Then
before you know it, You'll be taking more types of medication to counter
react the side affects of the others.

I SAY IF YOU ARE ILLEGAL AND ARE HERE ON WIC ,MEDICAID, MEDICARE AND ANY
OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFERED ASSISTANCE AND YOU CAN NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH
GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THIS COUNTRY. IF I WERE TO MOVE TO MEXICO DO YOU
THINK THAT COUNTRY WOULD BEND OVER BACKWARDS CATERING TO MY NEEDS HELL

pleaaase why don't you all wake up and smell the coffee,I am sick and
tire of hearing the illegal inmigrants are taking away the jobs from
americans. Let me tell you someting is case you guys don't know this,
most of the jobs that illegal inmigrants do are the jobs that not a
single american would like to do or
have. Second is their is no jobs and alot people are being fire is
because the big companies in order to not pay what they should to their
employees here , they rather save money by taking all that job outside
the united states and paying a miserable salary to the poor people in

Everything that we buy in the stores is made in another country, like
computers, cars, cellular, most came from china, the clothes came from
around the world. We are hardly making anything here in our country.

And about we paying taxes from this people, well don't blame them, if
our government that is allowing this and the one the make the rules, if
you guys don't like it why don't you take it with the government.

I believe that everything that is happening right now, companies mergin
with others companies to survive, rent going up,food, clothes and
gasoline is because of the war we are in right now figting, is taking
alot from our taxes, our money to support all those soldiers. and not

I guess is easy to blame them for every single thing that goes wrong in

This people weren't be here at all if their countries were not so poor

long ago your grandparents,along with many inmigrants from different
countries around the world, came to this land as inmigrants to start a
new life, they took over the land, they
got rid of the real owners of this land, they put them in reservations

And one more thing not all inmigrants are from Mexico, they are more/ 50
countries the speak spanish, and we have here a inmigrants from all

The problem is not with immagration persay, but illegal immagration and
the problems that come with it. Many illegals - not just Mexican, come
here and want a hand out from our government that we the taxpayers are
paying for...that is the biggest issue. I know for sure when my
ancestors came here there were no handouts for them, they did their best
to scratch the surface, they got many broken fingernails, but managed to
feed, cloth and care for their families.
