You got to read into things a bit more there.

For me, It's all trust and just hang on... nothing else you can do.

Thanks to your site, the love of my life and I were able to meet! I took a chance and joined and was intrigued by my boyfriends profile picture- it was sooo artistic. so i sent a message. within the first day... we had sent over 50 messages to each other. we decided to meet- we soon found we were infatuated with one another! he is incredible! There is no man like him, and he is perfect for me. :D Although he goes to college in Kansas, and me, in Maine; in our home state of Arizona we were only 5 minutes away from each other, and without Mingle I would have never met him. I have mingle to thank for the happiness in our lives. :D

Ya know from time to time I come here just to read the success stories and there are many that have happen that were not listed here as well.

It is always a joy to know that others have found that special one...there is nothing better then to hear that two people have so much in common and life is going good for them....

All I can say is kuddos to all those that has been blessed with that someone special and may many more within the years to come find that love that makes them smile each morning as they awake..........

May we all find that kind of love..............

11 weeks and not counting anymore... I've grown so close to the one I've found here that I need not wonder that I will keep him as long as he will have me. Even if nothing is forever applies, I don't care. This is the little bit of heaven I have always wanted. Such a wonderful man. Still hard to imagine he was hiding here, on this website.

Secondly, just because a success didn't work out, doesn't mean that it wasn't a success. For some part of your life, big or small, you were happy, in love, euphoric and experienced something that most all of us are seeking. So to the doubters, either man up and jump into the dating pool. couple of random thoughts from a woman who is happily married thanks to this site, and meeting the man of my future on here...

first, many people edit their forum settings so that the "new members" area is blocked, thus, many times there are not new postings in this forum due to the fact that many people never see it..
second, this site has worked for many people, couples, and friendships. for some people like me, it works for all of the above.

I met Brad in August of '07. we started talking, and txting, and emailing back and forth. it wasnt long before he was the first voice i heard in the morning and the last voice that i heard at night..and that was exeactly how I wanted it to be.. we started "tentatively dating" in march of '08. met in person and "officaly started dating in may of the same year. it wasnt long before he met my family.. and i met his. he met my kids, and formed an instant bond. we got engaged in june of '09, and were married on september 5th. We had friends who we had met on this site at our wedding, an honor and privelage that i hope we will be able to recripicate when they are finally able to join as well. and just to officaly announce it... we found out that we are expecting a baby as well..

I also have many friends that i speak to almost every day, people that i have become close enough to to call them sister, people that i call when im scared, or excited, sometimes before i call my family.

this site does work, not the same way for everyone, and not with the same results for everyone, but it does work. keep your minds and hearts open, enjoy the friendships, and experiences that you gain from this site.
