heres a perfect example: i see a bunch of profile from men with balding hair, spare tires, and so forth - but at least we're honest.. fast forward to some of the gals: ive never seen a 21 year old with wrinkes and a hockey mullet...case in fact- girls whip out a pic from 1984 and post it as a recent pic- till u notice the members only jacket she's wearing-

I think all people have the capacity to lie. It is NOT a gender question, but rather a "quality of a person" question. If you encounter people who lie to you all the time.... hmmm. You got to find that interesting. I think that people lie to themselves more than to others, overall. So he is lying to himself then....

So he is lying to himself then.... Ha! I did not say that. But if you think of it this way, more often than not people tell big lies in measures of self-protection. The person who loves them, and gets lied to, they might very well be believing what they hear, as they want it to be true.

A lot of men hide behind old fotos. The "occassional" drinker turns out to be an alcoholic, the "separated" man is still married and looking for a little action on the side...the "in-between jobs" dude is really just a dead-beat who cant hold down a job ....oh, I could go on and on.....

Men or Women I think Men lie a lot, but i think Women make big lies. I'm pregnant.......and it's yours That's horrible! I think desperate people lie, and desperation has no sex prejudice. IMHO i agree......i've seen it first hand....very sad

i know - and it really kills me when girls cry " creep factor" when meeting up with a blind date: knowing fully well that it'll take at least 2 weeks and 1 night of intimacy to find out that that sweet pic posted actually hides the fact that she's out of her mind!!! ...anyone's ever heard this one: " it's been a long time...." followed by a sigh of relief before tellin u things only her therapist should know-

For starters men and women have and equal probability of lying. Men have a tendency to lie about small things. Like going out with friends and things of that sort. Women are more apt to lie if it has more of an emotional impact. Think about this. Men and women have roughly the same tendency to cheat in a relationship. About 60%ish of men will confess to this cheating at some point of time or another. Where as about 30%ish of women will ever own up to it. I agree with Atomicblue. Men lie more often, but women tell bigger lies.

SHAME on ANY man or women who holds ALL of one sex guilty as for what ONE PERSON has done to them................. When will everyone realize that its the fault of only ONE HUMAN BEING when THEY say or do ANYTHING that hurts YOU. Hell its like a job, if you don't like one employer,,,WHAT, YOU NEVER WORK AGAIN? Blame them ALL as having the same problems as the on you just left?
