Foghat is good. Lynard Skynard Thank you I was wondering when anyone was going to mention skynard I mean really is there a better anthem to American music like Free Bird?? Can't forget The Ramones they brought punk to the NY scene and forever made it American and not exclusively British. Nirvana changed the face of music too Pearl Jam If anyone REALLY knows rock and roll, they will know who King Crimson is, definitely the most talented musicians of their times on each album. If you don't know who they are and are interested in hearing one or two of their songs mail me and I'll send you one or more.

tough one... Blue Oyster Cult Foghat Van Halen Red Hot Chilie Peppers Sorry, dont know why anyone thinks Kiss is good..total bubble gum band if you ask me..good make up and live shows though, Ill give you that...
