I was told I was needed. *As Alatariel looks around the room and realizes she sees Jericho laying on top of a table with some water and a bunch of rags. Some clean and some bloodied. There is also a bit of liquor from behind the bar used for sterilization. He has a bloodied cloth wrapped around his left hand where the ring was and he is laying unconscious on the table.* |

Nothing he could do about this and it's not like death in a tavern is uncommon, he'd just as rather keep his hands clean of this. He liked Jericho from before, but a good Samaritan, he ain't.* |

Well well, finally a healer arrives. RéAnna says sarcastically.
Maybe you can help get some food into him and water. he has lost a lot of blood. Sorry if i seem such a *****, I don't like the idea of sticking a red hot knife to a man even if it is to save his life. Leaves a nasty lingering smell about. Now that you are here, I will take leave. I don't think I want him to see me when he wakes up. She walks out the door. |

She responds again..."You say idiot as if you think they are stupid...Maybe you misplaced it...dont get your panties in a bind...Ill help you look for it.." No, It's gone and I just have to deal with that. *He is surprisingly calm about this, which is odd considering how he tackles most of his life. It's a magical scroll this is true, but this makes one wonder how much it really matters to him. He walks back into the Tavern and sits down, not much in the mood to talk to anyone anymore.* She grabs the merchant by the hand and pulls him up..."Lets find your scroll you silly merchant" Calliope is determined to play with Raquil whether he likes it of not. After pulling him practically out of his clothes, knowing that she could wrestle him down with her strong body..she hears Alatariel walk in out of breath..she blurts out, "Re'Anna needs your help with Jericho and I have business with my merchant friend." she forces him to look under tables behind the bar and then pushes him in the kitchen. |

After pulling him practically out of his clothes, knowing that she could wrestle him down with her strong body..she hears Alatariel walk in out of breath..she blurts out, "Re'Anna needs your help with Jericho and I have business with my merchant friend." she forces him to look under tables behind the bar and then pushes him in the kitchen. Fine... *He rolls his eyes being lead by the hobbit. She seems convinced it's in here, awfully suspicious. It seems she might have took it to play a game with him. He plays along, but he will probably be more put out than before if he finds it here.* |

*Looking around the Kitchen he finally finds his scroll and looks annoyed at the hobbit.*
Oh...cute. *He then returns to his seat now with his scroll. Apparently he has to be careful with EVERYTHING of his. Oh well.* |

Calliope has had her fun with the merchant.., She grows weary and decides to leave the Inn...She is hungry and would like something different to eat..she runs across the street out of the gates into the forest in search of tasty treats......

*Jericho starts to come too as he is laying on the table. He forces himself to sit up and he sees the half empty bottle of liquor next to him, the rags, and the water. He grabs the liquor bottle and pops it open and starts drinking it down. He looks down at his left hand which is wrapped up and bloodied and he begins laughing. Just another thing that tried to kill him and failed. He jumps down off the table, taking the bottle of liquor with him and he leaves the inn grinning.*

As I enter the inn the smell of burnt flesh hits me ,I wounder what has happened now,looking around to see what has been going on. Since Barbus left a spell on the Green Tavern it seams that trouble has found a way in,I sit at a table in the back as I can here Calliope and the little man in the kitchen.

(Alatariel wonders to herself what brought all of this on. And how she has come to care for Jericho is a puzzle to her. She leaves the inn with a look of deep thought on her face)

So how did this happen? Some wizard named Ishtar sent one of his minions to do his leg work for him. I knew something was up but didn't want to let on. Didn't really pay him any attention. Tried to talk to a mercenary half elf and he pissed me off. Don't say it Kory, I know I shouldn't have insulted him in Elvish but he had it coming to him. The wizard thought that i was talking to him I suppose and he cast a fire ball at me. I didn't have time to defend. Then there was what happened after that... |

Has to be better than this vile stuff i keep trying to drink for the pain. Well it will take a few min. for all the burn area to fully go away.You should not need that any more now. |
