Topic: If someone lied | |
---|---|
Hmmmm.... good timing for me with this thread. How about I am moving to Ohio, or plan to... but later you find out they applied for one job in three months? How tou going to ever move if you don't apply for work? In a field where headhunters offer jobs regularly? Or that they once told another woman they made $400 an hour? I'm just glad they were found out before it got any heavier. But strong women are sooo hardddd to be taken as foolssssss |

I find a lie to be just that a lie. A sign of insecurity on the liars behalf. Insecurity. I like that. Those of us who are so honest that people find it irritating have trouble understanding the ones who lie..insecurity makes a lot of sense..they don't think their real self is good enough so they invent one. Exactly, someone can be so eager to please that they "make stuff up" or just so insecure that they believe they would not be liked for themselves. Find that to be a personal problem. I love to irritate because that means I got your attention and I say what I mean, and yes it falls heavy on some, again a personal problem not mine. hiya That's why I you...... |

Some years back, I actually ran into someone (a friend of a friend) who had everyone convinced that he had AIDS. He didn't -- turned out it was strictly a sympathy ploy. He wound up losing a lot of friends, but he sure did get himself some attention for awhile....

If they lie about having cancer, they want sympathy. And maybe more than that.
But anyone can say they own a "company." Just print up some business cards, and sell your consulting services or anything. Each person, according the the government, is a corporation. That is why they always address their letters to you in all Caps. You will never get a bill from the IRS that is not addressed to you in all Caps. You are a company. Do your own yourself? Probably not if you are in debt. JB |

Sexy Lexy..... always good to see you.
Pat... thank you. Fran, I do like the way you think. I am of the thought that my apparent patience and understanding in this recent situation was my downfall, and admitting it has been an excellent lesson in humility and learning something new. |

I've taken to just dismissing people. You, over there, You're dismissed. I will re-write history, and you will not exsist to me. ::::Frantically scanning every e-mail sent to Lily for signs of untruth:::: Whew! I am still alive! |

Your name in all caps is called a "person" although it means "entity" or "corporation." JB |

Fran.... I appear to be "out" a bit, but nothing I can't live without. I am sad it was not what I thought it was, but love can be blind. Especially when the fascade falls, the love does too, as they were interconnected.
Lexy.... you sure you won't change your dealbreakers for me? We can get a yard with a picket fence and divide it in half. A llama for you, my kid in the other..... |

but love can be blind. Love is not blind, love is def, dumb and mute. |

but love can be blind. Love is not blind, love is def, dumb and mute. Yes.... love should be a disability of sorts. I needed a hearing aide, slap upside the head, and to have someone scream in my ear with fresh batteries in that hearing aide. |

The thing that breaks my heart is that my own daughter lies to me more than anyone. I no longer believe anything she tells me.
