I started my diet this last week...down 6# woot woot...I am doing well so far...(I would kill for some chocolate ). Been walking and exercising....any suggestions? anyone else out there trying to be healthier?

Yeah, and while my energy is much better, it also means I'm not sleeping as well at night. Because I have more energy.

over the last year i gained 40# yep thats right, you heard it right here hahahaha
im miserable, no energy, blahhhhhhhhhhhhhh i have to do this for ME!!!!! dont care what others think....its about me for me. i am loving the suggestions....too often when we try to lose weight or become healthy we get into the same old same old routine. we get bored and quit....so....im looking for ideas to keep this fun and exciting too! thanks guys!!! xoxoxo |

I'd LOVE to know the diet you're using! I lost 30# this past winter - stress'll do that. But, I've put about 20 of it back on. Stress really isn't the way to go to get the #s back off

Huzzah! I been losing my battle of the bulge lately. I gotta get to the gym more. I did a little lifting this morning and went and walked a couple of miles today, one with the doggie.

I started doing pilates and I stay away from white flour and refined sugars.
That has helped alot! Since Christmas I'm down 18# Way to Go, Madam Keep it up! |

Hey Congrats! I just lost 50lbs! Um tips.. drink a TON of water, detox, try to eat organic, and switch up the exercise.. my friends and I switch exercise videos every week! It changes things up and boost your metabolism! Good luck!

I have lost 4 pant sizes in the last 3 months...but no weight. I guess losing weight is a good thing...but it all depends on how you go about it. I lift a lot at work and started boxing recently. i never was any good at staying away from all the bad food.
