Yes I do. I personally have been asked out by women if the womens names are bob,steve or john,then it doesnt count you know?

When a woman asks me on a date it shows me that she is confidant, self assured and willing to put herself on the line. The Power!!! I like a woman who has these qualities. It's so refreshing.

1968, 2001. or even 2008....never ever would I ask a guy on a date. Nor would I sway my daughter to do it either. Why would one think it takes power to ask a guy out on a date?? Self assured is good, but that has nothing to do with asking one on a date. In my opinion. I have nothing against other women doing it, but I personally don't see it. Kat

put it this way .. women like the way it feels to be asked out on a date by a man.. so why should women think a man wouldnt feel the same way or close to it.. if they can grow the balls to ask us out.. we can do the same to make them feel good

ask a guy on a date, or do you feel that takes something out of it? Not only is it perfectly fine, I personally think it should be encouraged. It takes all that "should I ask her out" confusion out of the way.

Me personally, I am kinda submissive in relationships, and wish it was more socially acceptable for women to ask guys out. It certainly would help people like me out more.

I just feel it takes the man woman thing away and changes it? I enjoy being asked out and feel it is the man that I want to do it. I also like the car door opened for me and gentlemanly things. Kat

I've never been asked out by a girl, Me either. I've been asked out by girls way more than I've asked them. A lot of it is just situational. But a huge part of it also is that I've always had more female friends than male....
