Some people (pantheists, namely) believe God is comprised of all tangible objects and known things; God is (in) everything and everything is (in) God.
Then, you have a selection of hundreds--nay--thousands of different gods people have either invented or distorted more or less loosely based on the God of Scripture. So, people will describe God differently, but that does not change who He really is. God describes Himself--in Scripture--as all-knowing, everywhere-present, all-powerful. He is self-existent (i.e. no one created Him), the creator of everything. To know who God is, as some have already said, look at Scripture. |

God is the being that created everything. Something created something. We call that something " God" and we praise him for all that He has created.

I read your profile...atheist. Please don't use this forum to go against God. If you don't want to believe then that's your right. But it seems like you want to start a God bashing session?
