I just want these things to be addressed by all. Personally it doesn't matter who I choose come election these issues will still remain.

our nation is crap and retarded right now and we need help and we don't know whats going on or who to vote for and whos lying....there I think It's all very serious though. I view our country in a totally different perspective than you do. Yes you do, but sometimes we agree. We live in the greatest country in the world. Compared to the Congo or just about any third-world country, yes, this is the greatest country in the world. The question is: Are people better off now than they were 8 years ago? HONESTLY, I AM FINANCIALLY THE SAME, EMOTIONALLY MORE HAPPY. The problem is that people here in the US do not appreciate what they have. They want more and more, yet do not realize that all of these projects require money to finance them and that means up with taxes unless all the pork spending is done away with, which is what Senator McCain will do. No, they just want what is fair, which they are not getting. Lindyy, do you really believe that Sen. John McCain, supported by the Republicans, will do away with pork? YES I DO. After all, George Bush Jr., was the King of Corporate Pork, overspending and fiscal irresponsibility. YOU FORGET THAT IT IS CONGRESS WHO HAS TO APPROVE ANY SPENDING! SO YELL AT CONGRESS! Universal health care would be a total disaster. You will be told which doctor/hospital you can go to, whether or not you can receive the treatment the doctor/hospital says you need, there will be waiting lists for treatment, operations, and on and on. I do not think you can force an employer to provide health care coverage. I know that businesses a certain size have to provide some sort of a 401(k), etc. So how will people who can't afford health care be covered? THERE ARE PLANS IMPLEMENTED IN EACH STATE OFFERING DIFFERENT PLANS. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT HAVING TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S MEDICAL BILLS. Maybe they should just die and 'decrease the surplus population' (Scrooge quote from D i c kens' 'A Christmas Carol'). STOP YOUR GOOFY TALK. GOOD GRIEF. YOU KNOW BETTER. President Bush tried to implement a reasonable plan to improve social security, the democrats would not go along with it and yet they had NO proposal of their own, other than to say social security is in fine shape. i care, which is why in my own politically incorrect overbearing way i try to educate these misinformed, misguided liberal/ commies. Show mwe a crowd of 20,000 with a just cause and ill lead the charge. the problem i see is that we cant get the people off thier couches long enough to effect real change.
