No, however I might include a clause that said if he cheated on me I get it all anyway... but I'm a b*tch so take that into consideration.

How about this one from experience.....stupid d!ckhead blows a redlight and T bones your car. You are injured. Stupid d!ckhead says "sorry buddy, you're screwed because I got no auto insurance. Ha ha ha, whaddya going to do to me? That's right nothing." Wrong. Sorry Mr d!ckhead, upon further inspection you f*ck my lawyer finds out that you may not have auto insurance but you and your wife have joint homeowners insurance and the laws in my state jurisdiction state that I can sue your homeowners insurance which I do and win big on pain and suffering. Your homeowners insurance company is not too happy with you and cancel you. Two weeks later after your homeowners insurance gets cancelled, your house mysteriously gets arsoned an burned to the ground by the bikers freinds- ya know- the one you T boned at a red light- then laughed in his face? So now your house and every thing you owned is gone. Your car is wrecked. You are deemed uninsurable ever again by all insurance companies faster than a mouse click, your credit rating drops 500 points, you lose your job, you live now in a homeless shelter, and your wife divorces you and wishes she would have had a prenuptual agreement so she would have been protected against your stupidass actions. Ha ha buddy.

Well the bikers friends are kinda assholes then, if the homeowners insurance paid, why be so vindictive?

It wasn't a jab, it was an honest comment... chillax.

Ya, the guy was a jerk for saying "haha I don't have insurance" but to burn a mans house down.... come on... you don't see that as going overboard?

Karma sees no face.

has nothing to do with thinking you should be entitled to any assets he had prior to the marriage

yes-
money does not mean anything to me
lack of it doesn't either0 do not want to support anyone
i make enough to support myself and donot need someone for money
just for friendship, etc

Look I have sacraficed the last few years of my "non life" to be able to retire in two years. I have missed b-days, holidays, weekends out with friends, etc so I could have enough money to live out my life without worry, and do the things I want to. I'll be damned if I am going to marry someone, them divorce me 2 years later because they changed their mind and have to go back to work. F that, there is no way in hell I am going to be working when I am 40 and over, if that means skipping love, so be it. Nobody is entitled to that which someone else scaraficed to make BEFORE they were together, period, end of story. I don't care about two years of suffering with this ogrish boar, it is all lopsided blackmail

I don't care anythng at all about ou, so your money doesn't even come in to play here. I think it is lovely that you can attempt to turn this into my being greedy for wanting to maintain that which I earned. I know who I am, I know what I am, and your snipets mean less than zero to me

the thing about prenups..is

1. it implies whoever asks for it, has already predisposed of the marriage, doesn't think it will last, or is lookin forward to the divorce

2. it implies you don't trust the person you're marrying

when i left my X hubs, i asked for what i brought into the marriage, which was my furniture, my car, and at least 1/2 time with our daughter

wanted nothing else, and don't regret asking for only those thigns

there was no prenup, but i feel i was already put thru enough, i just wanted the relationship ended
