The consideration of cost of living has been looked at closely, thanks for the advice.

The median income is usually a good indication... it is almost 10 thousand dollars more anually... the rest follows accordingly...

The weather variance is only 20 degrees... 60 to 80 fahrenheit... Ahhhhhhh that's what I am talking about...
