guys make it way more obvious that they are interested in a girl if the girl is interested too she shouldnt wait for him not these days I wouldn't call it waiting so much as wanting the quality guy who is willing to take it upon himself to make the first move. i can understand wanting the guy to make the first move i want the girl to but i don't know that the guy thats willing to make the first move is of any higher quality he might just want to get laid more Ok then wouldn't you think that of a woman who made the 1st move??? it could be im not saying the guys just trying to get laid just because he makes the first move im saying it doesn't always mean hes more of a man just more social some people have a hard time talking and meeting new people male or female if its easy for a woman to talk to people then she shouldnt always wait on the man I will talk, & he should be able to tell if I am interested. If he can't, or is to afraid to ask me out, then he's not right for me. I was raised by an old Southren belle, It was drilled into me that ladies just don't do certain things. I won't ask a guy out, or walk into a bar alone. I have tryed e mailing a few guys here & I am sorry I did. I will e mail about stuff in a forum if we have been chatting, but not to flirt. |

I need a man who is strong and confident, and not shy, who deals well with adversity, who stands strong in the face of crisis... now I am a very strong and confident woman, and in the past I have made the first moves.... these did not work out to my benefit, as these men haven't been what i needed in life. This applies to me as well, well put Lily.

Surprisingly this turned out to be a very interesting thread . So the majority the ladies here say they like for a man that has feelings for them to ignore their shyness or feeling of insignificance to the one they are attracted to and just present them with chocolates, flowers an the offer of a kiss, just to see what happens from there.
I've done it and the smile I get in return melted me, turn me into silly putty, worth every second!

the whole point of finding love is not about what you can GET anyway, that's why the ones that are saying WHAT ABOUT ME all the time won't ever GET it. blah! There is no such word as "get" in the language of love. It's all about "give". Well unfortunately for some people it is all about them and what they can "get" and I agree, there's no hope of any sort of a meaningful relationship with people like that. |

Every situation is different. What works in one may not work in another. If I am attracted to a woman and she is to me.. The last thing I give any thinking to is ~ who does what first. It just happens.
