Topic: are we being sleep deprived...

...due to the amount of time we spend here? I am. I have to wake 6 am EST every weekday, and most of the days i spend here way passed midnight.

No I always get at the least 9 hours of sleep . Usually 12 hours .... I really like sleeping .

I wish I was able to sleep 9 hours. I go to bed at 1 and wake up at like 830/930

i have insomnia and usually only get 4-5 hours of sleep, sometimes only 3 not usually on site for hours at a time

Oh yes.....I come on here and wait until Captain gets home and then we talk on here for a while on joke around with everyone. By the time I go to bed it is 1:30am and my alarm clock goes off at 4:45am. I can lay there for about half an hour but I have to be out of the house by 6:10, the latest.

I average 5 hours a night.......my addiction to the internet is costing me precious sleep!!! Ok I will admit I love my computer............TECHNOLOGY ROCKS!!!
