some people never find JOY outta their LIFE? They always find crap to complaine about.........why cant they just be happy with what they have? If things go wrong we can often just simply turn it around. We bring misery among ourself. There is no reason that one cannot turn things around & make them better. B*thch*ng & complaining ...........why not use that energy to turn things around instead?

I've met probably around 20 within the last year. Dated one for a few weeks. Only two others I've met more than once but nothing came of it. The ones I've initially really liked tend to blow me off. Even though their actions and words said otherwise. I'm getting really fed up.
I'm probably meeting a dude from Mingle this week. I'll try not to get my hopes up. |

I'll have to disagree about the phone number thing. Many guys seem to want to chat on the phone right away. That's not being interested. So no, I do not feel obligated to give my number out. How is wanting to actually converse with real voices and more of a natural human interaction not being interested? I think talking on the phone reveals more of how well the two may click and get along. I don't see much harm in talking on the phone not long after chatting online. Online talking is easy because you can have long pauses without it being awkard. You can change the subject easily, use smiley faces, etc. But talking on the phone can be way different. So why not go ahead and see if you'd be wasting your time or not? |

Screw "diets"
It's called eating healthy and exercising. Which everyone should just do to be healthy. If you're trying to lose weight, and you reach your goal, that doesn't mean to stop..you'll just gain it back. That's also the problem with "diets." Many people reach their weight goal stop the "diet" and go back to how they used to be, then eventually gain it all back. If you want to have and maintain a healthy weight you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. LIVEit not diet. ;] |

Have you posted on here and folks come back with discounting remarks, pretty much telling you, you and your opinion is worthless? If I have an opinion on something I researched and post it here, I have no problem with another poster coming on and offering evidence to back up their opinion But, to come on here and accuse others of being racist, narrow-minded or un-American, just because the views are different, to me, is abusive. Without naming names, have you felt put-down, or belittled by other posters and what do you suppose the Mods should do about those who are repeatedly abusive? I live in a condo. The next door unit bathroom is on the other side of a thin wall from my bathroom. I'm afraid I might get an answer...... In one of the previous apartments that I lived in, there was this immesnsely obese guy that lived above me, and I could always hear him taking a piss. And farting. And jerkin it. I'm scarred for life.
