I think sex is just sex without a certain level of intimacy. I think when two people can get to the point where they really know eachother and can share things together such as affection and time just being close to eachother without it always being about sex it could be more than simple satisfaction.

Just depends on the level of respect. If you are polite about it I will be nice to you about it wether the feeling is mutual or not.
