If you believe that god created everything that we have today in it's final form the way it's given in the Hebrew text then the chicken came first. How ever if you believe that everything came into existence through a series of genetic mutations them the egg came first.

Just because things are legal does not mean they are the right thing to do nor are all things that are illegal bad. Morality on the other hand is dictated mostly by up bringing and social acceptance and sometimes is no better or worse then the law of the land.

You know, your standard condom can hold over a liter of water how ever with all the spermicides and lubricants they put on them now a days I don't thing I'd be eager to drink from one. As for the other way round, I'd have no problem putting one on unlike the good Dr., it might even be a little loose.
