yes it's wall street's fault but it's the republicans fault cause one they were the ones in office running the country into the ground and letting wall street get away with it because of bonuses i mean right off the bat any and all money done ovr an account over 10k is automatically reported to the IRS so are you telling me that it wasn't the job of the government to automatically step in even after the whistleblowers called it in boston but because of new york's dislike for boston they ignored it who's fault? the republicans

I agree, time for a Revolution

I know coffee affects the abortion of vitamins, how long does this affect last. And when you do drink coffee, how long until you should wait before you take your vitamins. All comments are appreciated. Thank you

LOL, Well I will give you a couple of reasons why I shouldn't pay you. 1. because there is nothing I can't learn from trial and error, (I am not using your reference, that is how I have always done it). 2. Because like I said I was a bodybuilder before and I know what works for me and my body. And C. I think I am too adorable to pay anything to you advice:wink:

But, seriously, I just wanted to know if any other cyclist ate anything before a hard ride and all I wanted was opinions, Thanks for the advice though

That is America's obesity problem is that all food is processed so much, you can't even call it food anymore. And every diet hype is ********. Ok, I will get rid of the white bread, what do you think is my best bet for fast acting carbs for my post-workout meal? Besides the expensive liquid carbs. I'm an unemployed atm, and I have to watch my budget. I am out of debt though, (awesome).

Thank you, I am a real health conscious person that body builds on the side, and I have a great post workout meal, including a protein shake and a fast acting carbohydrate (usually white bread), then I have a great helping of oatmeal, and I usually stick to that till dinner where I have wheat pasta, a hard boiled egg, and steamed vegetables. My body is fixated on burning carbs (from my body building days). What do you think of a light yogurt and fruit as a morning meal. I used to have white bread and a hard boiled egg to start my day. I don't drink hard liquors or smoke. But you have given me some ideas to think about. I thank you and bid you good day.

May I just say on an off note you have the most beautiful upper body that I have see in awhile.

Hi, I just got a Giant, 24 speed and I was wandering if you other cyclist eat breakfast if you ride in the mornings. Because I don't, and I ride for about 2 hours with Branched Chain Amino Acids as my ally in the fight against muscle breakdown. I read you should eat breakfast and am confused about this fact. All opinions are appreciated

For me dating a woman with a child is really tough, especially since there is no time to spend on the relationship; since the child needs so much attention. I just wouldn't do it

Senator Democrats are attempting to pass legislation which will give President Obama the authority to shut down the Internet and seize private networks.

On CNET News, Lee Tien, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), stated “As soon as you’re saying that the federal government is going to be exercising this kind of power over private networks, it’s going to be a really big issue.”

The bill, misleadingly titled “The Cybersecurity Act of 2009″, allows Obama to declare an emergency based upon no hard criteria. Once he declares this emergency, he can effectively shut down free speech on the Internet.

Jay Rockefeller, the bill’s sponsor, said “I know the threats we face. Our enemies are real. They are sophisticated, they are determined and they will not rest.” Unfortunately, it looks like the threat which Jay is most worried about is free speech from Americans who do not approve of Obama’s plans to impose national socialism upon the citizens of the United States.

In addition, the bill will require government licenses of any individual who seeks employment as a “cybersecurity professional”, effectively giving the Democratic party authority to prevent their political opponents from being involved in protecting either government or private networks from attack.

Just thank God you voted for him.

US President Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009. Is he a worthy winner?

The Nobel Committee hailed Mr Obama's "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and co-operation between peoples", citing his work to rid the world of nuclear weapons.

Mr Obama said that he was "surprised and deeply humbled" by the award and that he did not feel he deserved to be in the company of some of the "transformative figures" who had previously received the award.

The US President was chosen ahead of the likes of Morgan Tsvangirai, Prime Minister of Zimbabwe, who had been a favourite for the award.

Is Barack Obama the right choice for the Nobel Peace Prize? If not, who would you have chosen?

For one thing, they call them prisoners for a reason. They can't or are not mentally stable enough to live with the public. They should be treated with kindness but having a television outside your cell is not justifiable.

Criminality is NOT synonymous with mental stability.
That is a out and out false statement.

Prison is punishment.

Prison should be a punishment, but according to this article, its not.

The article is bunk.

Bunk? You are gonna have to fill me in on that one
