I know coffee affects the abortion of vitamins, how long does this affect last. And when you do drink coffee, how long until you should wait before you take your vitamins. All comments are appreciated. Thank you

Unless you drink gallons of coffee, I would just take your vitamins and drink your coffee and not worry about absorption.

Caffeine is also extremely dehydrating and not recommended as part of a daily diet; this includes caffeine in sodas, some medications, tea and supposed energy drinks.

Wheatgrass shots are by far is a better option. The nutritional value alone will boost your energy, cell regeneration and the absorption of your daily menu.

Also, consider buying all liquid supplements: iron, vitamins, b-Complex, Krill and Omegas, etc. The body only metabolizes about 1/3 of any type of pill and eliminates the rest. Either take 3x the pill form or get it all via liquid intake and/or sublingual (including medicaitons).
