He's got, and uh, with long silences,(spacing out), in between, down pretty pat. Kinda' like the way a crack-head communicates. Nope, that's wrong. Crackheads talk fast and don't like to quit talking. Last night I was listening to him in the car and he talked eloquently as usual. It was informative. You are partly right. To a point, they are hyper. Then they crash. I saw him grasping for the next word, winding up using the same, tired old phrases. No way, will I bow down before your Savior-in-Chief. He's a pretty good speaker. Seems like you're grasping at straws when you start picking at his speaking abilities. A very eloquent speaker indeed. the first 10 minutes he was using a teleprompter...I can't recall a President ever using a telepromter at a press conference...and then...when the Q & A began...minus the teleprompter...blink...blink...blink...blink...followed by a series of um...um...um...um...
It's called thinking. Do you remember what that was like?
why is it that if we don't buy what he is selling we are considered non-thinkers...By the way in a week we are now talking 2 Trillion dollars in debt!! To be paid for by the Fed who is paid by the treasury who is printing money like it is going out of style so that massive inflation and then depression is on the way! |

OK - the vicodin has kicked in to handle the back pain...so will need to head out to the chiro while I can stand it...then decide if I can go do a half day at school....see you all later.

It seems not all that long ago when this frame worked somewhat well when it was flexible and strong and could work all through the day and night when it answered my demands with no complaint little rest was needed, no creaking, abundant energy, those were the days. Then 30 years of life happened car accidents and such and everyday now is a new adventure of careful movement, heating pads muscle rubs and bone cracking by the doc. **************************************** Today is quite depressing.I could not go to work The sudden pain in my upper back brought tears to my eyes. I was dressed and ready and in my car...and just had to turn around and go home....not a good thing for a teacher...took a vicodin...have heat on it and going to the doc whenever it eases up enough for me to drive. Please pray for me. I am about ready to give up and take disability. Never thought you would hear those words come out of my mouth. Thanks once again, not the most poetic, just had to express where I am. thanks for listening :o) |

Think I'll pass on the donuts. That guy has a look of guilt as if maybe he might have licked a few of those. That's the best way to get more for myself. Lick them, so nobody else will take one. 
When you come across deephearts plate of donuts save one for me please (grin) you can't have that solid chocolate one up in the corner Ron... it could cause you hurt. I'll take that twist right down there in front. always knew you were twisted sweetie... in the nicest way! |

well i missed it but i heard he blamed bush for the failed bank issue by permitting bad loans funny isnt it clinton and his congress is the one that forced the loan approval of those without adequate repayment ability back to the same old stuff so much for change shhh...don't say that too loud...or the fact that Bush and McCain warned about Fannie Mae and and Freddie multiple times...and that out of Bush's 8 years we had 7 years of prosperity...even with 9/11 decimnating our financial center....shhh...don't tell...it's a secret |

I find myself 50 something and widowed and it is hard. I think I will enjoy the postings, however I am new at this and I hope I do it right!! Oh boy, a new friend to torture.
