true, i guess people will always have there own opinion about what is right or wrong for themselves even though its not just about themselves. and no matter what anybody says thats the way things are for them. believe it or not tho i am going to be living in america for a couple of years so i guess i will see how different england and america really are in the way we handle opposing views. i dont think england is as angry as much as we will always tell it how it is in a "pollite way" well sometimes lol. i think we are becoming less angry here because even tho we have little power over "the greater good" we arnt afraid so much to go against the grain on some subjects. dont get me wrong some of us will defend our country till the end just like the man who called me a biggot the other day, but most of us (the younger generation know that yes this country has the nhs and benefits and so on but were not afraid to say "do ya know wat this country is a load of old dogs xxxxxxx sometimes

why do people who start or make a comment about America having racism issues get blasted on these forums. America had slaves so did England America also has a problem accepting immigrants so does England and everywhere else. i think people are more angry these days because we have given all the power the the top dogs who run the countries and now its turned round to bite us in the arse, because we have no power to do anything anymore. i still like the forums tho because you can express the way you feel regardless of what people say or think.

ill give it to ya your doing well on finding the pics....minorities are still dropping out i asked a few people of colour tonight. would you join the army? the answer from most was...if i wanted to be racially abused and pushed out id go back to school,and the one reply that shocked me was... whats the point when its obvious were not really wanted, i asked 80 people black Asians Indian and 6 English born Muslims who were born into the religion but don't actually practice apart from 1. and 2 were my brothers 1 was my sister.

you may think that i may think that but the facts are there so ill put the hat on hold untill you can prove different !!!

have i ever said we deserve more than the others no have i said we should be included yes i also want to say it is obvious to anyone that were not its not just me who is saying it either. its also obvious that there is distinction between the races and there always will be. in America maybe things are different but i have done my research and its obvious to see the problems. 2 pics were found of any black soldier woo hoo i was so wrong i dont know what i was thinking.

i meant a memoriol at my childs school for poppy day there were no black solders mentioned also if you can find pictures of black british solders fighting or in general i will eat my hat

in this country you don't see anyone of colour in the media, not just because they died but because there getting praise for the things that they have done. things are obviously different in the USA but here they are still the same as they were 50 60 years ago. but people here don't actually mention it. we have a memorial here and not 1 person of colour is on there. how do you think people feel here when there sons or daughters are not acknowledged like that

when you NEVER see anyone of colour or no mixing in the media coverage then it becomes frustrating. there are black and indian etc mothers whose sons have done brave things out there saved a fellow soldier etc why dont they get noticed

same care ? i think thats good if same care means the same amount of publicity. (im not sure what same care means) they just dont here but nobody says anything

Ive noticed for a long time now that in England there is no media coverage of the black, indian, etc in the army. are they not fighting in the same war is it the same in america?
