We broke up b/c we both had alot of resentment that we could not get past. The break did us alot of good. He just recently decided to stay in Tn. but the idea about us getting back together was always a topic of discussion even before my daughter went to visit her nana. And we have always talked about getting married just never had the funds to do how we wanted to. In the mean time though we have both let the resentment go. And I don't think it was b/c my daughter is in Fl. I think it just kinda made us both sit up and realize that we needed to get off the fence and either be together or not be together. We both want our family. Thanks to everyone for the advice I will call my mom tomorrow and let her know what is up and pray for the best. well from this alone (since i dont presume to judge what you've got goin on) you seem to know your answer. and good luck with that. i mean my sister went through the same thing and has been married for almost 10 years.. happily. but it took them both time to get to that level. so i wish you the best. and i think you have your kid in mind COMPLETELY because he is her father and you've stated nothing of him being a crappy one at that.

why did you two break up in the first place? and i think there are some (one!) who doesn't seem to get that you didn't abandon your kid. you're doing a huge move and your kid went with your mom first. would you have gotten back with your ex if your kid had stayed?

Sorry bout your luck. Ill pray for your situation. I know how it feels. I once worked in a law office in Boca Raton Florida, and got fired for which I later found out because I have REAL boobs, and the others were jealous? from another coworker. The manager d-bag supreme said when she fired me.. "You just dont mesch with us." Course I made them look bad, because I was the only one who actually worked, and didnt spend my day on the phone with my "boyfriend". OMG !!! that is the exact same thing she said!! "we just don't mesh well" meaning my crappy boss and me. i was like WTF are you talking about? have i critisized you about being some pee-on who's taken it upon herself to diagnose patients without the dr knowing!?!? but i said nothing. I did however write an email to the owner and letting her know exactly how i felt in a very professional manor. i kept it fact based and example riddled of why i was really fired and how its hippocratic to even fire me for the list they gave me when there are others who are way worse and foul. but whatever. the damage is done and there's no way i'd go back. squints eyes Screw herrrr! ha ha ya know.. This is all gonna come out in the wash sista, lemme tell ya... watch the higher ups implement mandatory pantyhose! BWAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! yeastyyyyyyyyyy LOL scrubs girl. scrubs. and this chick doesnt even bother to iron her scrubs so she looks like she rolled outta bed with them on and went to work. seriously.
