Yeah, it was a few years back!

The marionette dreams not,
for controlled minds seek no directioon.

Being lead,
not only by strings attached,
but by seperate bodies.

Awakened,
only to be restored to an unwanted sleep.

Resting not forever,
yet forever being.

Searching not for shelter,
but for the spirit of life
stored withinnn its shattered walls.

This open space,
empty,
a vacuum of thoughtlessness,
appears to reach out
as if it searches
for an eternal will of its own.

The puppet dances.

Thanks JT, I do play novice guitar by the way, but most of my, well
what i call poetry, is not put too music! Some is though. It's funny
that "college educated" poets would see what i write as garbage, but
it is their copying of style and form that I see as plagerism! Go
figure!!! I thought poetry was an expression of an individual, not
something needed to learn.

Too busy finding fault in others,
I've forgotten those of my own.

As it grows easier to point my finger,
increasingly difficult
becomes that of my angers restraint.

Feeling more unncomfortable,
with once loyal companions,
it should be no wonder
their own discomfort displayed
within close proximity of me.

My list of excuses,
now almost limitness,
keeps growing.
My arrogance and short fuse,
following a close second and third.

Having a snowball affect,
I seem now,
to be losing control.

I see those I love
left with no other alternative,
leaving me,
never to return,
having been pushed past their limits.

Realizing now,
being much too late
it is all the consequence
of my own doing.

Completely alone,
to point my finger at,
I've only myself.

So I do just that,
being it the last time,
directed at my ear,
though this time
with gun in hand...

To get into my new home before Christmas, buy a half-way decent car by
then and be able to put up a tree there w/my 6 yr. old daughter and make
her happy.

summer=goodnight........ bedtime!

fall=winter

slip and slide= intoxicated

WATER=THIRSTY

bathroom=shower!!!

police= Oh shit!

not=party-pooper

shower=ok

want some...sex

Morena, I didn't say I agreed with Ontario... Only that if what he
posted was true, I would agree, but I don't just believe someones post,
truth or not, until I can make a worthy determination myself.

If that's the case, there is a no tolerance stance here on abuse. I'd
