This is ridiculous
the fact is that smoking IS bad whether you smoke it from the stick inhale it second hand or even off the clothes of smokers the ban is good and i also agree that it should be the smokers who are forced to go elsewhere to smoke. non smokers don't increase cancer risks nor do they increase the risk of death or heart disease. it doesn't matter what the initial arguments were to GET the bans enforced. and it doesn't matter that they infringe on the 'rights' of smokers. i smoked....quit 6 years ago...best think i ever did. hardest too. BUT when i DID smoke i respected others around me and would again if need be. *sits back and covers head waiting for the lashes* |

I still don't see the reason for either Myspace or Facebook. I mean... c'mon- the sites CAN'T be that cool, can they? I just use it to keep in touch with friends. Not as a way to meet new people. I've also been able to get in touch with old friends that way, too. Myspace is pretty bad now, though. I don't recommend it at all. agreed |

i think the profiles you create on such sites are what you make them...
whether transparent, or built up with walls. some push products or creations they have some try to get their music out there. others use it as a way to communicate more with the world. i've had a myspace profile for over 3 years. albeit, the one i have now is no where near what my old one was, but i haven't frequented the site much... seems other sites have my attention more these days *wink wink* |
