For those of you who haven't played this game, you take the first letter of the song title and use it as the first letter of the artist.
Example: Belly - Feed The Tree The next artist could be Fatboy Slim - The Rocafeller Skank |

you are ready only when you believe you are, I could teach til I am blue in the face, but both your heart and mind must be aligned in order to recieve knowledge. *slaps hands together and slowly separates them, revealing a daisy, which he immediately puts in his hat, then opens his mouth and pulls the same daisy out stem first, and hangs it in the air floating above the table*
Ahh the school, I am finishing up some work and writing a lesson plan, it should be open to the public within the next few days, however, I will be holding a seminar the next time I am here at night, so if you like, I shall compensate you for spreading the word, that at night when I am here, I will be teaching the philosophy of Drow combat. |

My contribution to your cookout: London Broil
INGREDIENTS • 1/2 cup water • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar • 2 tablespoons canola oil • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt, divided • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, divided • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided • 1 bay leaf • 1 (1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak DIRECTIONS 1. In a small bowl, whisk the water, vinegar, oil, tomato paste, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; add bay leaf. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. 2. Score the surface of the steak, making diamond shapes 1/4 in. deep; add to marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. 3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Combine the remaining garlic salt, thyme and pepper; rub over both sides of steak. 4. Grill steak, covered, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160 degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F). Thinly slice across the grain. Nutritional Analysis: 3 ounces cooked steak equals 175 calories, 9 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 54 mg cholesterol, 294 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 22 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 3 lean meat. Of Course I will prepare this when I arrive. |

I see they had shut the town down, I wonder what can be done to return the town to normalcy.
I am afraid this is your brother's fault, by taking the contract the demons handed him, he may have left them a way to the surface, a whole new realm for them to conquer. Ultimately, what is going to have to happen is, we are going to have to confront them and push them back to where they came from. It is going to be messy, lives may be lost, but, for the good of us all, we should abide by the laws of the land and offer help when we all can afford it, but, right now, I do not believe the group here at the tavern is ready yet for such an undertaking, maybe in time, as they grow in experience, they will be ready to push the demons back into the underdark, maybe even further, into the pits of hell where they belong. So the best thing they could do is prepare for the coming battles. Train, Train, Train, maybe you could hurry up and get the school ready so that the townspeople have an edge in combat, I am sure you can teach them a thing or two from your book. I may be able to help with the magiks of the land, I could offer my abilities as a healer and try to keep the people alive as long as I can. I can also identify "unknown" magical items to unlock thier full magical potential, as well as add magic to ordinary weapons for added umph. That's right, you have done it in the past on our raids on the Temple of Ra, and the Removal of Thor from power, and you have yet to let us down, so with our help and guidance, the people of Sinatorium are going to be a formidable force. |

A soldier walks in and posts a sign. Calliope reads it: None may enter or leave town by orders of Lord Elkinsinan. An evil without mercy is fighting to enter the surface of these lands and could reach the town in one era’s time. May we pray the gods for protection. Signed – the Marshall "Oh no. This is terrible news. Barbus, have you gathered any comrades in your travel?" she speaks with a very worried voice. |

Barbus returns to the inn and follows the stairs up to Ifritius's room where he finds him meditating.
"Ahh nice to see you answered the owl old friend," Barbus says with a grin. "About time you showed up you old pirate, I was starting to think you had gotten weak in your old age and gotten busted." Ifritius responds with a laugh. "All right, So why did you drag me here? I know it is something big, remember the silent oath, the group may never be re-assembled for any reason, so if this is a reason, it had better be big," Spoken sternly by Ifritius "Well, there has been some evils around here, something I may not be able to handle, and I figured that by giving you a couple days to warm up to Sinatorium, you would agree that it is worth protecting. Anyways, I am sure you had gathered, there have been two deaths here recently, and it looks like the killer is a highly powerful mage, similar to the Succubus we dealt with protecting Jericho the Old. One of the slain, actully was a decendant of Jericho the Old, and a friend of mine, so I will stop at nothing even if it kills me to avenge his death." Barbus speaks with concern. "Well about that, Barbus, have you not thought it odd that a halfling such as myself has lived this long? I did some research, we cannot die friend, we absorbed the powers of the two gods we killed, and as a added bonus, which I think is a curse, we are now immortals, gods if you will." Reluctantly explained by Ifritius "The only way to kill one of us, or any person that has been granted immortality through the destruction of a god, is to use the "Arcane Blade of Cold Fire," Which I don't know how you got to have in your possession, but, I noticed the work done on your brother." Ifritius continues on and on about their immortality, including the white glowing blood, and the vampire downstairs and her wanting to be detached from her leader, and needing blood, and the risks involved in the conversion. Barbus asks about why the rest of his group never made it here, and was told that they never did make it out of the underdark, and that we are the last two, and if he hadn't noticed, that with each of their deaths (possibly eaten by major demons of some sort) that we the living got more powerful. Finally, an agreement is met, and the two will be working together, just like old times. The Story Continues.. |
