And yes the rest of world will be destroyed. That is why a new Earth and Heaven is made. For there would be no need for a new Earth or Heaven if the first was not destroyed in one way or other.

Revelation 21

Judgement and the rapture still will happen simotaneously. God's children will be taken home and the rest of the world will be destroyed. Does not state that God's children will be taken to Heaven then 100 years later .. ect ect. Does not give any specified reference to time between the rapture and the judgement. So with no time being specified it would be safe to assume they happen simotaneously, again because there is not time frame mentioned between the two.

Question: "Did Jesus go to hell between His death and resurrection?"

There is a great deal of confusion in regards to this question.

This concept comes primarily from the Apostles' Creed, which

states, “He descended into hell.” There are also a few Scriptures

which, depending on how they are translated, describe Jesus going

to “hell.” In studying this issue, it is important to first

understand what the Bible teaches about the realm of the dead.

In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word used to describe the realm of the

dead is sheol. It simply means the “place of the dead” or

the “place of departed souls/spirits.” The New Testament Greek word

that is used for hell is “hades,” which also refers to “the place

of the dead.” Other Scriptures in the New Testament indicate that

sheol/hades is a temporary place, where souls are kept as they await

the final resurrection and judgment. Revelation 20:11-15 gives a

clear distinction between the two. Hell (the lake of fire) is the

permanent and final place of judgment for the lost. Hades is a

temporary place. So, no, Jesus did not go to hell because hell is a

future realm, only put into effect after the Great White Throne

Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15).

Sheol/hades is a realm with two divisions (Matthew 11:23, 16:18;

Luke 10:15, 16:23; Acts 2:27-31), the abodes of the saved and the

lost. The abode of the saved was called “paradise” and “Abraham's

bosom.” The abodes of the saved and the lost are separated by

a “great chasm” (Luke 16:26). When Jesus ascended to heaven, He

took the occupants of paradise (believers) with Him (Ephesians 4:8-

10). The lost side of sheol/hades has remained unchanged. All

unbelieving dead go there awaiting their final judgment in the

future. Did Jesus go to sheol/hades? Yes, according to Ephesians

4:8-10 and 1 Peter 3:18-20.

Some of the confusion has arisen from such passages as Psalm 16:10-

11 as translated in the King James Version, “For thou wilt not leave

my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see

corruption....Thou wilt show me the path of life.” “Hell” is not a

correct translation of this verse. A correct reading would be “the

grave” or “sheol.” Jesus said to the thief beside Him, “Today you

will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43). Jesus’ body was in the

tomb; His soul/spirit went to the “paradise” side of sheol/hades. He

then removed all the righteous dead from paradise and took them

with Him to heaven. Unfortunately, in many translations of the

Bible, translators are not consistent, or correct, in how they

translate the Hebrew and Greek words for “sheol,” “hades,”

and “hell.”

Some have the viewpoint that Jesus went to “hell” or the suffering

side of sheol/hades in order to further be punished for our sins.

This idea is completely unbiblical. It was the death of Jesus on the

cross and His suffering in our place that sufficiently provided for

our redemption. It was His shed blood that effected our own

cleansing from sin (1 John 1:7-9). As He hung there on the cross,

He took the sin burden of the whole human race upon Himself. He

became sin for us: “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so

that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (2

Corinthians 5:21). This imputation of sin helps us understand

Christ's struggle in the garden of Gethsemane with the cup of sin

which would be poured out upon Him on the cross.

When Jesus cried upon the cross, “Oh, Father, why have you forsaken

me?” (Matthew 27:46), it was then that He was separated from the

Father because of the sin poured out upon Him. As He gave up His

spirit, He said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit” (Luke

23:46). His suffering in our place was completed. His soul/spirit

went to the paradise side of hades. Jesus did not go to hell.

Jesus’ suffering ended the moment He died. The payment for sin was

paid. He then awaited the resurrection of His body and His return

to glory in His ascension. Did Jesus go to hell? No. Did Jesus go to

sheol/hades? Yes.

JohnMontell.........let's say you meet a beautiful

Godly woman and fall in love with her and get married.

Well, The Godly love between you two should then come first.

But the falling in love (EMOTIONAL love) you two would share,

would be important too..as well as the physical love...as long

as your Love for each other was kept in the CONFOUNDS of MARRIAGE.

See what I am saying??

You would want to have a romantic love in your marriage too..Amen?

Point being then...there would be nothing wrong with giving

your beautiful wife a valentine card or flowers on

valentine's day,to celebrate your EMOTIONAL love and PHYSICAL

Love , AS WELl AS The GODLY LOVE you have for her.

All 3 types of LOVE are VERY IMPORTANT in marriage.

God is not opposed to a man and a woman loving each other

in a romantic way , as long as GOD'S LOVE COMES FIRST .

Here is More on just The RAPTURE:

The word “rapture” does not occur in the Bible. The concept of the

rapture, though, is clearly taught in Scripture. The rapture of the

church is the event in which God removes all believers from the

earth in order to make way for His righteous judgment to be poured

out on the earth during the tribulation period.

The rapture is described primarily in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1

Corinthians 15:50-54. God will resurrect all believers who have

died, give them glorified bodies, and take them from the earth,

along with those believers who are still alive and who will at that

time also be given glorified bodies. “For the Lord Himself will

come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the

archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ

will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left

will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord

in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever” (1Thessalonians 4:16-17).

The rapture will be instantaneous in nature, and we will receive

glorified bodies at that time. “Listen, I tell you a mystery: We

will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the

twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will

sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be

changed” (1 Corinthians 15:51-52).

The rapture is the glorious event we should all be longing for. We

will finally be free from sin. We will be in God's presence

forever. There is far too much debate over the meaning and scope of

the rapture. This is not God’s intent. Rather, in regard to the

rapture, God wants us to “encourage each other with these words” (1

Thessalonians 4:18).(gotquestions.org)

The Rapture according to Funches :

shows great filmmaking talent.flowerforyou

Now...here is The Rapture (and also the Second Coming )according to SCRIPTURES::wink:

...............

The rapture and the second coming of Christ are often confused.

Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether a scripture verse is

referring to the rapture or the second coming. However, in studying

end-times Bible prophecy, it is very important to differentiate

between the two.

The rapture is when Jesus Christ returns to REMOVE the church (all

believers in Christ) from the earth. The rapture is described in 1

Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:50-54. Believers who

have died will have their bodies RESURRECTED and, ALONG WITH

BELIEVERS WHO ARE STILL LIVING, will MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR.

This will all occur in a moment, in a TWINKLING OF AN EYE.

HOWEVER.....

The SECOND COMING is when JESUS RETURNS to DEFEAT THE ANTI-

CHRIST, DESTROY EVIL, and ESTABLISH HIS MILLENNIAL KINGDOM. The

second coming is described in Revelation 19:11-16

The important differences between the rapture and second coming are

as follows:

1) At the rapture, believers MEET the Lord IN THE AIR (1

Thessalonians 4:17). At the second coming, believers return WITH

the Lord TO the earth (Revelation 19:14).

2) The second coming occurs AFTER the great and terrible tribulation

(Revelation chapters 6–19). The rapture occurs BEFORE the

tribulation (1 Thessalonians 5:9; Revelation 3:10).

3) The rapture is the removal of believers from the earth as an act

of deliverance (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, 5:9). The second coming

includes the removal of unbelievers as an act of judgment (Matthew

24:40-41).

4) The rapture will be secret and instant (1 Corinthians 15:50-54).

The second coming will be visible to all (Revelation 1:7; Matthew

24:29-30).

5) The second coming of Christ will not occur until after certain

other end-times events take place (2 Thessalonians 2:4; Matthew

24:15-30; Revelation chapters 6–18).

The rapture is imminent; it could take place at any moment (Titus

2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-8; 1 Corinthians 15:50-54).

Why is it important to keep the rapture and the second coming

distinct?

1) If the rapture and the second coming are the same event,

believers will have to go through the tribulation (1 Thessalonians

5:9; Revelation 3:10).

2) If the rapture and the second coming are the same event, the

return of Christ is not imminent—there are many things which must

occur before He can return (Matthew 24:4-30).

3) In describing the tribulation period, Revelation chapters 6–19

nowhere mentions the church. During the tribulation—also

called “the time of trouble for Jacob” (Jeremiah 30:7)—God will

again turn His primary attention to Israel (Romans 11:17-31).

The rapture and second coming are similar BUT separate events. Both

involve Jesus returning. Both are end-times events. However, it is

crucially important to recognize the differences. In summary, the

rapture is the return of Christ in the clouds to remove all

believers from the earth before the time of God’s wrath. The second

coming is the return of Christ to the earth to bring the

tribulation to an end and to defeat the Antichrist and his evil

world empire.(gotquestions.org)
