I know a woman who married a Muslim and they live in Turkey and are very happy. But, he was born into a Muslim family. He does not actually practice the religion.

There are, undoubtedly, plenty of Muslim men who would make good husbands. However, I would never date one because of some of the beliefs of Muslims. In particular with regards to punishments inflicted on women and children for any perceived violations of the rules.

Well yes, some girls may be concerned. Perhaps you might not have that problem if you try and meet a girl who is also a Muslim. Each to their own kind usually works out best.
