My mom would have made me walk. I didn't get ride's to school.

laugh My mom would have too. I'd get sent to jail if I did that though, our schools complex is out in the country now. It's a 20 minute drive by car...so that's not an option if it ever happens to my kid.
I didn't take the bus until high school. I missed it one very cold winter day. I DID NOT ask my mom for a ride. I walked. It was about an 8 mile hike. Took me forever to get there. My mom would have been pissed if I bothered her.

Maybe, maybe not. Sometimes it's good when you want your time to yourself. I'd have a talk to straighten thing's out. Should be a simple fix.

Want a piece of advice? Don't date just to break someone's heart. You're so not ready. Go very slowly........for yourself.

let's see.....the cost of my last marriage was loosing everything I owned. And, aquiring debt I'll never escape. I've done my part already.
As far as the genie goes fro one wish, to turn the clock back. I'd much rather be lonely and safe.

Have you tried contacting a phone company that does pay as you go and asking them? That's your best bet.
no, I haven't. I had not thought of that.

I know this doesnt help you, but it would definately be possible in the UK. All you do is buy a new pay as you go sim card and stick it in. Some phones are 'locked' to prevent this, but you can get them unlocked pretty cheaply and easily.
Thanks Dan!

that is a good question. I would like to know too

I had a $300 verizon phone when I moved to the desert. They wouldn't renew my contract cause I wanted a local area code and they didn't serve the area

so I just got a prepay alltell free phone

NOW a year later, verizon bought alltell

so, I'm wonderin if I can use the old phone as a pre pay cause I won't commit to a contract either

I wish somebody would get in here and, give us an answer.

I have had a cell phone that I haven't used in a long time. Is it possible to change it to a tract phone? I don't want to be locked into a contract so, I figured pay as you go would be my best bet. any idea's?

You're treating her like a booty call and she knows it.

She wants to be bumped up on the list. You don't want to do that.
Time to call it quits before somebody gets hurt.

No, never have treated her like a booty call. I have shown nothing but respect to the time her and I have had. I just cant deliver what she wants....

It doesnt help that she stalkes me on Facebook and myspace. THank god she knows nothing of this site.

Better yet, she even had the nerve to say to me yesterday that I talk to my daughter more than her! Just because I was on the phone with my daughter for about a half hour yesterday. That really pushed me over the edge

She sounds like drama now scared

I could go on an on

I'd say she's getting wrapped a bit too tight. Maybe you misconstrew the "stalking", IDK. Just break it off for the both of you.

So I met a women about 6 months ago. When we met she knew (because I told her on several occassions) that between my job, my daughter, and buying a house my time is quite consumed. With several new projects at work, a limited schedule to my daughter, and going to settle on my house in 3 weeks now I am getting..."Where do I fit in?" "Where is the future for us?"

I am going to blow!!!!!!!!!!!

You've been seeing her for 6 month's.........and, she still doesn't fit in.........anywhere???????????

I would have caught that red flag a month in!

It seems you don't have time to date ONE person seriously, Jim. Keep things casual and date a few girls once in a while. Until you are more settled in your goals, it's not cool to lead a person on or cause yourself more craziness.

flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou

I never led anyone on. She knew from the gitgo my plans and I didnt want anything serious for a long long time. Now I am getting..."When can I move in your house?" She says its a joke, but I dont repeat jokes 6-7 times. Eventually the humor goes away

I've got to say, I wouldn't ask to move in. I'd wait to BE asked. But, maybe she's more forward than I. If you don't want her living with you, tell her in no uncertain term's. If she doesn't respect you enough to heed what you tell her, break it off.
