What do you do if the guy/girl you love throws your friendship away,turns his/her back on you,and completely abandons you? I've had that happen. He said he would always be there for me. That he would always be my friend. He lied. I, went on.....I had to.

I learned the hard way that men don't like it when you email them a lot. They think it means you're desperate or clingy or psycho or something. I wouldn't email him anymore if I were you, if he never contacts you again, just chalk it up to experience and a lesson learned. I dont think that when a girl emails me a lot. Unless she starts actually saying crazy stuff about suicide or cussing me out or something I asked if he was messing with me. Couldn't blame him if he was. lol I think he is probably confused,or thinks you are playing games with him He isn't the only one I've stood up. I told him so. Sometimes.....I just get disheartened......is that a word????lol Anyway, sometimes, I just can't follow through. Dating get's very tiresome at time's.

You stood him up twice, call him stupid and yet you're mad he's not answering your emails? I'm so confused!!!!! I met up with him last night. you emailed him 3 times since last night??? Yup. lol maybe he's read them but hasn't had much of a chance to reply... If it were me, I would be a lil put off by someone emailing me 3 times in less than 24 hours if I haven't had a chance to reply yet. Anymore than that and I might not ever reply. JMO You have a point. This banter is helping me think thing's through. Going tonight I think might make me look more the fool. are you supposed to meet him somewhere tonight? No. He said he wanted to plan a real date for us. he also KNOWS I want to see my old gf's. That being the case, I have a real reason for wanting to go there again.............aside from him. I'm confused... are you and your girlfriends going to the same place you went last night with this guy? No, no, no, Jill. I used to be friend's with these two sister's. Their dad owned a bar. Now, one of the sister's own's a bar herself. I haven't seen these two in year's. I want to go see them while they are at work at this place. by all means you should go out with your girlfriends. If he calls... then he calls. If he doesn't, well you didn't spoil your night waiting on him when you coulda been having fun with your girls. I am not going out with these sister's. I want to see them. I haven't in year's. They both work at the same place. One sister own's the joint.

Do him a favor and stand him up again. This thread must be a joke or you really should stop being so mean to boys. A man would not have tolerated you standing him up twice and ask you out again. Boys will, in the off chance you may be "nice" to them after a few drinks. Well, he did.

If you sent him 3 emails... and he hasn't responded... that's 2 emails to many. I wouldn't contact him anymore. It's much easier for a guy (coward in the case) to tell someone that they want to take you out again, had a great time, blah blah blah... and then ignore you than just come out and say it's not gonna work. Move on... if he responds then great. But I don't see the need to keep emailing him if he's not answering. The more you send, the more damage you will do. Thank you so much. Thus far, you do make the most sense. But, I'm still going tonight. You can call me stupid, that's ok. :)

He's kind of stupid. He hang's at a place an old gf of mine owns. He knows I want to see her and her sister. I used to work with both of them and.......for their dad. I think I'll stop by tonight.

This is the problem with the "free" dating sites...I have yet to try the sites you actually pay for..but hey..you get what you pay for?... ...I think?? :p lol Hey it has happened to me as well. He either is already taken and wanted to see if he could "catch" you....he needs an ego boost...or he is married or in an exclusive relationship with someone. ....or.....who knows...perhaps you thought you hit it off with him...but he was not as into you as you were him... check this movie out.. www.hesjustnotthatintoyoumovie.com there are so many variables on this...lol....I am sorry your going through it...but I think we have all been there. It is entirely possible that he is extremely busy during this time of year, and further possible that he has not read your responses yet. Do not overreact, try to message one more time, after all, if he was worth the date, he may be worth some patience as well. I sent him 3 email's. He READ them.
