Excellent but what about when it takes too long to get back to work Well small companies vs big companies i guess, a bigger comapny is more likely to set a time limit on it, just like sick or personal leave. a smaller company is more likely to be able to know the employees on a more personal basis & hence someone is going to find out if they are getting taken advantage of...lol. |

sounds like a company that treats people as human beings ..what a refreshing concept ...jmo I'm with you, i've started 4 companies in the past. When an employee is having personal issues that they need to sort out you gotta give them time. Not only is it good for the employee, but its good for the company also. When the employees know that the company cares, moral is greatly improved. |

Your joking about the retirement thing right ? I was a little confused about that part, cause when I took a quick few at your profile it said your 32, unless you mistyped your age, or something. 
No age is correct. Retiring from I.T. & buying a ranch in SE Colorado, apx 1300 acres, it my dream. what kind of Ranch....cows...horses....???? I'm planning on sheep actually, I'm buying about 4000 breeding stock. Plus a few horses, cows, and hogs. but they are for my own use.... freezer stock & work animals. |

I tell you what, I wish I lived in Florida with this weather I have been having! I am so tired of snow..I am sick of being a snow bird!!!  I am thinking of moving to a warmer climate actually...but it has to be somewhere that has no humidity!!!
I hear you there, soon as I get everything ready I'm moving to SE Colorado, that area still gets snow, but doesn't last anywhere near as long as it does in Michigan. |

I don't find anything wrong with your profile. In fact, I find cowboys attractive! lol If on;y I was a few years older and lived closer to Texas...lol It could be that you said you smoke often. Some people are turned off by that. But other than that your description is fine! Hey & 21 isnt too young...lol I used to be 21 too
