I don't see it as a big deal. A guy dating a woman that's quite a bit older. Look at the 80yr. old politicians with the 30 yr. old ladys. Its made to look acceptable. Why can't older women be with younger guys? Especially, if they're in love.
I do see the awkwardness of some 19 year old dating his friends mom. Whooo! Kinda creepy...but if they're in love. It's just that at 19, most people don't see the differance between love and lust. Heck, I had my first girlfriend at 19.

My uncle always comes out on Thanksgiving for dumplings. He comes over. Sits in 'his' chair. Sleeps. Wakes. Eats. Goes back to sleep.
I should say; comes out to my folks house, as I'm got my own place. Anyhow, I'm a very fussy eater. No, I don't like homemade dumblings. I know. I suck. Anyhow, every year my mom makes peas and carrots& mandarine orange jello for me. (I almost typed jellow. Getting tired) I eat only the white meat of the turkey. And I have cherry creamcheese pie or lemon maraigne(I get that right?)or chocolate cream pie. I'm not a fan of pumpkin.
I will say I appreciate it. She goes out of the way to make me happy. Her and the oldman. The whitemeat/darkmeat thing works out well, because my sister and her husband eat the darkmeat.
Only what, three...four ...weeks away. This year is on cruise control.

You make hair conditioer sound...edible. Maybe that's why I'm balding. I don't like eating eggs. I don't suppose egg noodles will help?

<< This was an interesting read, actually. I didn't know about honey. I wonder if that's why they sell honey scented shampoo at stores. I've always bought the coconut shampoo, actually. (I don't eat them either).>>

Favre did play a snap for the Falcons. An interception. Infact, he played a couple sacks. And his first complete pass was to...himself.
Yeh, Viking fan guy~ Adrian P. is a fantastic athlete with, hopefully, a very bright future. But The Pack is gonna bury them this Sunday!

I'd agree that Halo3 is less enjoyable than 2 and 2 perhaps less than the 1st. But it's fun on a 10ft. screen!

We have Halo Night. Any of the three. 8 guys/girls on a 10ft. screen and a 62" screen. Two teams of 4. Also play Call of Duty 2 & 3 (soon will check out 4) and the every hyper and hectic Timesplitters games. Mainly 2 and Future Perfect. Always mult-player. On an older system, I enjoy Worms Armageddon and Chef's LoveShack. Mutant League Football isn't bad too. I've a 360, two X-Boxes (one mod.ed), two Nintendos, and a Sega. I don't play video games on my computer. Only D&D and D20 Anime, Present, & Future on a play/post gamesite I moderate.
I agree with Doom and the Quake Games as fun, too. I'm all about lan partys.

As a guy with over 2,500 dvds or so, it's difficult to pick 3. So, I'll just name three of my favorites: Chariots of Fire, Searching For Bobby Fisher, & Old School. Star Wars and Scrooge (1971) would be up there too.

lol. You'll all wanna shoot me. I thought it was like a long dragged out sappy soap opera. Whoa! I tried, but couldn't watch it. Saw it as a kid. Scarlett woulda drove me bonkers!

Five, eh? How about ANY character from Barney? Or Sponge Bob? Or the five Teletubbies? Pick any from there for my five worst.
That Zoogily Zoo show was pretty bad, too.

Anime pusher right here! Yep. Love anime. Own alot. Favorites would include: Love Hina, Sazuka, Boys over Flowers (yeh, it's girly but great), Ai Yori Aoshi, Berserk, Gundam Seed, Chobits, Fruits Basket, & Fighting Spirit.
I never got into the Yugioh, Dragon Ballz, or any of the 'power-up' stuff, but am tempted to check out Naruto.
Also have some live-action stuff: Battle Royale 1&2, Kill Devil, Shinobi, & 7 Samarai among those.
Anime is so much more deep and inventive than your regular cartoon shows (I will say FlashGordon (80s), S Mario Bros. & Legend of Zelda were uber stuff). I actually think I lost about 30 IQ points watching an episode of Sponge Bob. Sorry, Sponge fans. I couldn't stand it. My niece watches Dora the Explorer. That's not too bad, though. Just repetitious.
I heard that Cowboy Bebop may be brought back. And I hope The live-action Neo Genesis Evangelion Movie comes out before I'm 102.

Yep. Time to make new friends. I'm new, too. I had no idea this site even had forums for talking. I've gone rampant in the general discussion area. The people here are very interesting. Most seem pretty nice. lol. Can't believe I'm doing a greeting here. It's my job on a gaming forum. Anyhow, welcome aboard. Have a great time and meet some friends.

You sound like you need to stop dating to date, and start evaluating a bit more. And yes, most of us guys nowadays have little direction. And jobs, even good ones, don't last forever.
And I wonder why girls fall for those charismatic loser types that leech off them. Could it be that they think these guys will change? Is Mr. Right really Joe Studcake? Or Mr. Mysterious Duderay? Or ManchoMotorManmuffin? Come on. The prince you seek is, likely, the average guy, with dedication to you, his job, and the people around the two of you. There are plenty of these guys out there. You won't find too many of them at bars or partys where everyone is smashed. You'll find them; if you look.
~ sorry I couldn't give you better advice. I'm, BY FAR, no expert. I've not dated in 8 years for Gods sake. And am in no hurry. You can hold out and be single awhile. Chill and make some real friends (good examples in the unreal people thread). I'm sure you'll meet someone. ~
