I've come across a few profiles that show yachts, golfing, foreign countries, not a face and the profile starts out with how rich "he" is.
I pass those up as very egotistical and maybe a scam.

somehow Mingle "matched" me with a man with NO profile. he wrote the usual Hi Beautiful. I replied "you have an empty profile, what are your interests?" This a.m. he sent 2 interests and asked WHAT ARE YOUR INTERESTS. So I replied...."Obviously you did not read my profile. I am blocking you." When I was a kid we had to drive 20 miles to the grocery store/retail/doctor/etc. Often mom would go into a store and I'd wait in the car with my Dad. We watched people as they walked by. My dad always said, "don't look at their face - watch the way they walk and how they dress". I learned that a person reflects their feelings by the way they walk - confident, hurried, sad, happy, shy. Also their clothing tells a story - wrinkled clothes depict low self-esteem, Clean clothing takes some responsibility to present a good image in public, etc. Fancy clothes in an inappropriate setting can mean several different things. I think both men and women look first at the face - maybe we put too much emphasis on our face and not enough on our personality.

Old Kid - just what IS your idea of a date night? My idea is that I and companion/husband/whatever go someplace DIFFERENT. not just out to eat or to a movie. I can eat and DVD at home ! so give us your perspective.

I'd love to unwrap a box filled with all 6 seasons of "Justified" on DVD's.

You probably need to tell all the people in the USA that are living in below zero wind chill areas that Global Warming exists. Also hint that their heating bills aren't "real" because you don't really need to use that furnace or wood stove because its so warm out. In particular remind Orange Growers that they can toss their smudge pots that they USED to use when temps dip so low the crops will fail.

Left over Pulled Pork, BBQ in the crock pot yesterday. Re-heated, added fresh chopped onion , made some fresh guacamole with spices and lemon juice, big glass of "Tiger Spice" iced tea.

Border Patrol agents arrested 325 Central Americans near Lukeville, Arizona, after the group illegally entered the country. The group surrendered when spotted, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The group had been dropped off the night before its arrest about 50 yards from the border.

At the area where the group crossed the border, the only barrier in place is designed to block vehicles from crossing, not people, according to the Border Patrol.
