Well duh! You just let your Goliath loose and don't ever realize it. Your words and thoughts are your release until it is too big for you to hold anylonger. Sometimes it is better to hold it in till the right time comes along so we don't blow our stacks and regret it but there are also those times that blowing up is healthy and can be constructive as long as we don't hurt others in the process. This Goliath shall never be slain but it shall find a peaceful home to lay it's head and rest letting you ahve peace when the time comes.
