FaithfulOne78 has recently lost a child and is in need of our love, support, strength, and encouragement.
I know a man in heaven That's big and strong and tall Who surely looks after children there Sharing his love with large and small In life he was a Marine and a cop Protecting others all day long Now from heaven I hear the sound Of his true heart's song Come to me little children Looking down is not so bad You'll be with them again some day For now they will be sad The smallest of these angels Left us the other day She went up there to heaven Protected and loved she will stay |

When God Calls Little Children To dwell with Him above, We mortals always question The wisdom of His love. For no heartache compares With the death of one small child Who does so much to make this world Seem wonderful and mild. Perhaps God tires of calling The aged to His fold And so he picks a rosebud Before it can grow old. God knows how much we need them And so He takes but few To make the land of heaven More beautiful to view. Believing this is difficult, Still somehow we must try, The saddest word mankind knows Will always be goodbye. So when little ones departs. We who are left behind Must realize God loves little children Angels are hard to find. (unknow author) |

Having lost a daughter... havng friends that have been thru the death of a child... wow, these words really touched me.
