Racine,
You do realize ppl are just joking, I hope. I didn't know the date of the Olypics, myself, but my t.v. viewing has been close to nil, lately.

I'm a single parent and as such my children know they can call. There also has to be consideration, for the person you are out with. Seven phones calls is very excessive, unless it was an emergency. Are you sure someone wasn't nervous, for her? What may seem overly cautious may be right in some cases, and one never knows.

I would have said something first, if the situation was reversed, I think...gues you'd known if that was the issue or not.

I'm told rather often, in my small town "You're a city girl."
Yes, I am but I find plusses and minuses with each. I thik that's meant as a compliment..at least I hope. I don't have a country accent.

I'm in regret that I've postponed my divorce, so long. I'm ending it in a manner of days, but delaying it was not a wise choice, on my part.

ohwell At least I'm following through, now!

I think it's healthy for men to cry, if the situation warrants. A good cry does all of us good, every once in a while.

For me accupressure took it, away. It may work for you. It's non invasive, though hurts, a bit. The theory is putting pressure on the places on your jaw and under to stop the muscle spasms. Don't do too near your ear or it may hurt too badly. It generally takes 7 to 15 seconds of pressure. Under my jaw hurt badly. I have to repeat every so often, but it's a nothing thing!

I will add you in my prayers. Loss takes time to heal. Lost my grandmother 2 years ago, this August. She was 97 and was "tired."
I know it was better for her, but I miss her!
May you have comfort in fond memories.
