I have in fact seen guides that very much resemble TS's guide. Though I'm noticing some consistency in the style of writing which makes me 70% sure he has written it.

My theories are:
# He has followed guides provided by resources such as Double Your Dating and committed it to memory, therefore using the same information.
# He contributes resources such as the said one as a side project.
# Said resources have "borrowed" from TS.

Something I can't quite put my finger on, though I don't know.

I think you would benefit from talking more about your interests. Linking that or something about your personality to your headline would help too.

One other thing I would say is talk about the type of person you are looking for. [Edit: as Troublebug said ...]

Also, never apologise for who you are ;)

Having only one time zone, is less confusing. At least you have a time table to work with, versus, multiple time zones, where you would have to decipher between user location and the posted time. In other words, it is much easier to have one constant, than to have several.

I can see the logic in that.

Though I'm still considering writing a greasemonkey script.

People always bored, I find are either attention parasites or generally just boring.

I think everyone gets bored at some point. But, my issue is with those who are always announcing that they're bored. Or those who are always telling me they're bored. When it's the same person saying that pretty often, it makes me think they're boring.

In conversation, it drives me nuts..after a bit I figure perhaps we should seek other paths...since neither of us is entertained when "I'm bored" I figure its a cue to "I don't want to talk right now" or "thinking somehow malfunctioned and I'm now broken"

I like the broken concept...it makes me giggle

Finally read it. Looks genuine enough from what I can work out.

Out of curiosity, what do you do for a living?

I currently work driving rail road crews to and from their trains. But, I have worked as a security guard and truck driver. Before that I owned a tattoo shop.

Interesting. Thanks for the info :)

I can assure you what I wrote before is NOT a cut and paste. It is from my own experiance and I've had a good deal of success in my life with attractive young ladies.

At any rate, if you find it helpful, use it. If not, don't. But, please do not accuse me of plagiarism.

Just occurred to I in fact selected a regional forum ... either way, I'm still not able to adjust time zones.

For goodness sake!....generalising and categorising people by their country of origin would have me forever in a bikini, surfing, eating shrimp and drinking beer!scared (I'm Australian)

That actually sounds pretty good. If you'd like to spend your days on the country estate with cream teas wearing a bowler hat, then we could swap places ;)

I'm wondering how I can change my personal settings so times on the site show up as GMT-0, rather then the current time zone things appear to get time stamped by.

Looked through the various settings and the United Kingdom as a regional setting has been applied, which I thought might take effect on the forum. Although the times are still showing up wrong for me.

Where can I go from here?
