so given this is going to be a felony, more then likely it will be 5 years of probation, register as a sex offender, 5 years of counceling and weekly social services visits for atleast that amount of time. if they feel like making an example which i doubt since it's not a high profile case, it could be jail time in which case the child will be taken into foster care or possibly sent to a relative and minimum suprvised visits. so her 2 choices are either pretty much screwed or royally screwed. i think shes had one of those already.... |
