This specific topic is in reference to Fugitive Mexicans. And no, I believe Canadians working or living here illegally should be classified and probably are, Fugitives and charged with the same felony, arrested and deported.

As said before. My wife is a legal here. She's a born and raised Mexican National. I am Pro-Legal Immigration.
The Illegal, now referred to as, Fugitive Mexicans, are the ones who are cheating everyone. They make unreported wages, got welfare, free schools and are making demands.
The legal Temporary Migrant does just the opposite and are very respected, admired and encouraged to return.

All fugitive Mexicans have the same ability to change your Government and the way of life in Mexico.
I suggest, instead of waiting for ICE to deport you and you forfeit any chance of returning legally, you selrf0deport so, you can apply through proper channels.

I have read many posts about folks speculating on how bad things will get by deporting all the Fugitive Mexicans. No one's going to want to do this job or that one and how the US economy will suffer by their not being here.

Talk about history repeating itself.
I recall reading an argument made by a wealthy plantation owner to Lincoln.
He said, "But Mr. Lincoln, we need our nigras. Without them, who would tend our fields, harvest our crops and maintain our homes. Without them, this nations economy will fall apart."
I ask you, if the economy didn't collapse then, do ya' think it will now?

A lot of pro-fugitives are making the same argument as back in Lincolns time.

The direct opposite is happening now. Jobs are opening up for the American Worker. Soon, when the most of the Fugitives are rounded up and deported, the Migrant Worker in Mexico, who does it by the system, will have the chance the Fugitive has been robbing him of. Granted, our Government has for a long time, let this issue slide. The people, finally said enough is enough, in a voice loud enough to finally be heard.
We, as a united people and Patriots, need to be vigilant and not let up. We don't want to ease back into complacency again.

The produce season is almost at an end. The Legal Temporary Worker is headed home and will be back next season.
The Illegal Alien is the one demanding, not going through proper channels. They had a long chance to go home and get legal and chose to ignore Immigration Law. Now, they face Felony Charges and many are Self Deporting. Many fugitives are going to other States.

This bill they are trying to get passed is just another way to demand.

There are many applicants ready to come over. They are the Legal ones waiting for the fugitives to be sent back.

I, for one, don't wish to see the Legal Migrant Worker lose what they have paid in. It's not fair to them.

BTW, millions of Legal Immigrants are granted permission to enter every year.

Another point. Those business, in Oklahoma that might go under are just Reaping what they had sown. They will pay for cheating the American Citizen, the Legal Migrant and for exploiting the Fugitive.

It's not because she's a woman. She is advocating breaking federal law by wanting New York to give Illegal Immigrants Drivers Licenses.
